Sorry that you have to feel the pain and disappointment that can occur when it's discovered that what you thought was love..... wasn't. I wish you courage and growth in this difficult time. Don't just run to another. Don't just cry in your pillow. Call your friends. Find yourself.

"Perfect Breasts"? Funny phrase. Honestly, what makes breasts "perfect"? Whether 50% are above the nipple? C cup? DD cup? Is there a "benchmark" for them to be "perfect"? Then the rest of women with "normal" breast look at as an unobtainable goal and it just adds to the insecurities that we feel. Yes, she (the "normal breasted" woman) could, in theory, go under the knife to obtain "pairfection", but there are SO many reasons not to (anesthetic risks, costs, infection, thromboembolism to name a few). To me.... "perfect breasts" are ones that I don't have to send to the general surgeon for mastectomy and/or radiation for breast cancer. That's my only criteria.... and even if I do have to refer her, I try hard NOT to make her feel like she's in any way "less" than perfect.

That is SO WONDERFUL. You two will make AMAZING parents! Just remember to challenge this young soul, teach him/her to LOVE life and savor each experience. Encourage adventure and compassion.... but most of all, while holding this spirit close to your heart, grant the freedom to be an individual. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE.... keep us updated. And... Dr. Dag's.... try to get some rest. I know it might be hard, yeah even impossible seeming, but take care of yourself. 'Kay?

You mean the same things that were in the first two? Who would have thunk? Well... that's what I said, but I was assured that this was an action film (like I'm ever trusting 21year old guys again!!)

It used to be running... and I would sometimes run 6+ miles /day... but since my knee surgery I'm stuck using the elliptical machine which isn't as relaxing ... cuz there's no trees, no lake, no "outdoors" I need to get back to meditating and using music to help "center" my thoughts and calm the chaos. I also try to look at those who have less than I... and focus on how my problems really aren't all that important. Sometimes that helps avoid the "overwhelming" feelings....

Resident Evil is NOT to be considered "just an action film".... it has scary skinless dogs, vicious crows, undead zoombies, and killer laser beam! It WILL give those prone to nightmares very VIVID and DISTURBING images to think about in the dark of night.
