Oh no. Funny how sometimes the body just kinda ... breaks. Did they give you anything to make it feel better or just give you restrictions to make you feel worse? I hope that breathing gets easier. What are the benefits of a "guy card"? If you're man enough, do you really need a laminated piece of paper saying "My chromosomes are XY"? I mean, shouldn't we be able to tell without pedigreed papers? And if you're not "man enough" will a card really make it better? and what if I want one? even though I am XX... I do lots of "guy things"... so can I get an "honorary guy card"? Especially since I am "one of the guys" in a lot of groups that I associate with....

ah... I figured out why they don't have pictures of the guys. The guys on that site are generally the "buyers" so once they select their options, then they can send the picture to that limited audience. As opposed to the women that are "selling" and just trying to attract attention.

OK... looking at that site (yes. I'm WAY bored and the narcotics haven't kicked in yet...) I have a couple of questions would a guy really want a mail order bride in her 30's and 40's? From a fertility standpoint, she's kinda past her prime. She's not really "trainable" at that age (as if any really are). And all that money on the arranged marraige for a more limitied lifespan (unless you do include the time in the nursing home rocking next to each other) why is there a 19year old Russian girl on that list? Did she just learn early that she wants out? Is she lying about her age? What's wrong with the 19yo guys there that she's bailing ship so fast?! (and they don't have pictures of the men.... at least not with the parameters that I had set)

According to that quiz my life sucs I didn't like that quiz either. I scored highest in mind and body (despite the surgery and now recovery period...) oh, and finance.... but that shouldn't weigh too heavy. Other sections were pulled down cuz of how they asked some of the questions and how they included all family and friends in that one category.... just cuz my Dad wasn't the best father in my chindhood, doesn't mean that I don't have some kick ass supports currently. I just know that I started the year out on the right foot and I plan to continue trying to be more happy and healthy

Peter.... I hope you slept well (or at least ok) last night. Breathing is QUITE important and kind of a necessary thing (I think I remember something about that in medical school ) Hopefully it mends itself quickly.

Good luck More importantly... May you enjoy the challenges and learning opportunities. May you feel wonder and awe with your ability to help those that need your assistance. May you not grow too jaded with the morbid humor that sometimes is necessary.

My life rocks. This is said on the eve of anticipating a rather uncomfortable night. And still I feel lighter and happier than two/three years ago.
