Quote and the funny thing is pretty much any of them would agree with that statement, actually if you look at it a bit differently it could be considered one of their top performances, remeber you get points for speed not style, and being able to perform that far over the line without losing it takes talent. But as we all know flying clean ups the score too, you just have to find that happy medium. Their WC performance though was a far cry from their flyin at nats last year whcih was as I put it to Kirk, "nationals between you and the Knights last year was like a one legged ass kicking contest, and Airspeed brought an extra leg!"     I think it's great that you have so much passion for the sport and want to go far, I say go for it. But like most people have mentioned there isn't a whole lot in the way of a financial future in it, get a steady job to pay the bills and get yourself the jumps and training you need. And if people at your DZ are approaching you with a negative attitude, just avoid em, they'll be singing to a different tune when you achieve your goals. Inexperienced people with a lot of drive and determination are rarely taken seriously. You don't need to be around people like that anyways. Good luck.     i've had one or two BRISK openings on my pilot, one was completely my fault though, and the other, well.....maybe jupiter was in line with pluto and someone killed a unicorn all at the same time while i was opening, who knows overall i love the openings, my 168 is even sweeter on opening.     You know I think everyone in this thread is being incredibly negative, I just wanted to let you know LeaningTOfly, that I got your back. From the sound of it JC and Clint may have some serious competition by the time you hit 100 jumps. So I say everyone in this forum back off, we're in the pressence of greatness and at only 65 jumps, you're all just jealous. Stop taking out your frustration for all being crappy swoopers on this guy. And to the original poster, keep it up bro, you kick ass, just one quick question, who does your canopy go to in your will?     maybe i just got in touch with the wrong poeple but it was far more expensive for me than just 800. Of course overall the cost has increased greatly in the last 10 years. But for what it's worth the club is great, if I remember right when I was there you could rent a rig for the entire weekend for around 40 bucks. that's an awesome deal.
