Hey Paige...I have done it slow believe it or not..went from a 22 to a 10..left in for 3 weeks..was able to take them out and put them back in before I went to the 8's w/out a problem at all. Oh, also...No pain at all...no bleeding..I'm going slow

Stretched my ears to 8g's last night!!! Got some really cool clear plugs too so that work cannot tell I'm smart.... S-M-R-T!!! 6's are next..probably wait at least a month or so...this was a dramatic step...22 to an 8 within 3 weeks...eeesshhhhhhh!!!!
