Control panel -> Sounds and Audio -> Sounds tab The bad thing is that you have to go through and turn off each individual one. Unless you want no sound at all. Then you can choose the Sound scheme of 'No Sound'. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
