sorry for the bump guys, but this really hit home!!! Sometimes I don't hear the break off alarm of my brand new neptune either. it's a little scary. Lately I've contemplated putting it on my wrist and just getting a Dytter for my helmet..... Another thing about my Neptune....... the speeds are almost always off. Actually I should phrase it like this: when compared to other neptunes on the same dive there is always a Huge difference in speeds. I'm just complaining here, and no I haven't contacted the company... just thought I'd share my experience.... Thanks for all yours!! oh yeah,,,,,,,, any suggestions?

You're like fresh meat out there at the DZ... and the men are hungry. Be choosey about who gets a sample, that's all. -

?:29:? humps: one open container in plane, one hung toggle (close call!), two really scary pilot chute hesitations. but alas, no actual humping :( Jumps: 29 from Wednesday thru Sunday. All four-way with PPP camp ..except for my first tracking dive (which I had nothing to do with), first three 12,500 hopNpops. Beer: Lots of firsts, but made up for it all by being thrown in the pool for my 100th jump on Saturday night. I'd like to say the last week kicked TOTAL ass!!! haha I GOT TO HANG OUT WITH SOME REALLY AMAZING PEOPLE....... YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE Going back to real life is sucking real bad today. *

Hey Goose, The story of your extremely vivid dream and subsequent cutaway is proof of what I always talk about. I think our minds are capable of manifesting actions, especially when we least expect them too. My friend AND I had similiar circumstances minus the vivid dream. When I first started I was obsessed with mal's and incidents......... had to know everything about them, read every death report. Then the day after I spent a few hours on the BASE fatality board I had my first cut away (at jump 16). A few weeks later my friend said "lets go CUTAWAY!" as we walked out of Square One...... the very next jump was her first cut away (her jump #26). Weird coincidences.?? nah. Our minds are more powerful than we could ever imagine. Am I superstitious? no. But I'm sure as shit mindful and careful of my thoughts and words when it comes to skydiving now though!!!
