as a minister, i must briefly comment on the topic of Christian's being persecuted, Yes it does happen, yes it can be painful, but by no means is it a license to be hostile towards those playing the role of the aggressor. Christ himself warned of this, he even said, "blessed are those who are persecuted because of me." A timeless statement, he meant God knows what you are going through and is thankful for it......he did not say, 'blessed are those who are persecuted because of me, and they make strike out at anyone who hurts their feelings.' sooooooo christians this means....... Love others, as you want to be loved the whining, isn't helping don't play the role of the victim, play the role of the redeemed, the role that lead all but one of the disciples to their deaths, come to think of it, with that in mind, we really don't have it that bad, now do we?
