you know, I was thinking that it would be really interesting to know something about the people. Not a lot, just maybe how old they were, or how they died, or something. I don't know, maybe that would bother people more. It's just so seemingly unnatural, I thought it was hard to imagine them as real people sometimes. It seemed creepy though that someone could actually walk in look at the severed head that is cut in half, look at the person next to them and say, "that's my dad". -S _____________ I'm not conceited...I'm just realistic about my awesomeness...

I didn't think it was distasteful at all, maybe it has changed since it began. There was a room with fetuses, though, which they warned about and said that anyone was welcome to skip that room. They made sure to point out that they were lost naturally. They had some that were fairly normal sized, but some that were literally the size of quarters that already had recognizable bodies. One whose skin and bones were almost clear, that had just barely started to develop. Without getting political, it makes one think about abortion and what it really means. The most interesting, I thought, was the veins and arteries portion where they injected a bright red fluid into the veins that hardened, then they used something else to dissolve away all the flesh and bones, leaving only a framework of veins. They are fragile, of course, so they were suspended in water. There is a whole body, though, where it is made up of nothing but veins and arteries...really cool. Brightness of the room is obviously an issue, but I don't think it's as big a deal as having to have the surface available to project on and the keyboard being a pain in the ass. I think the typing function would be incredibly hard to get exact, and certainly wouldn't give the feel that we are all used to. From experience of trying to type on some touch screens and working with a gesture recognition based technology for the past couple of years, I just can't imagine it working all that well... Pretty sure. It's a room that has a tall chimney above it and at the top is a series of mirrors that eventually project on a white table top in the middle of the room.
