How much emphasis on canopy control?

and if I am at 12h10 in durban, any chance to jump at the boogie ?? (just in need for a jump...) any option to get quicker from JNB to Pietermaritzburg can be discussed. any option to jump during the week can be discussed too. Never jumped from a Cessna, so why not, with great pleasure.
