got a "gentle reminder" yesterday, as I was getting out of our School Room with a tandem rig on my shoulder. the reserve handle got caught in the door handle... and BOOM the reserve PC flew out. fortunately I had my rigging tools with me, so I reclosed the rig in a couple of minutes... That would involve me actually getting up, going way to the other room to get the magazine, coming back to the scanner, cursing at the scanner because I'm electronically retarded, saving the file photo, resizing it for this website and attaching the photo, all the while having to put my wine down to accomplish all that. you say that like you want to fly from the UK and back just for 1 jump, not even drinking a beer after that.... You have several possibilities in the UK directly. If you want some warm weather, some nightlife and good party to go with the jump, spanish dropzones would be pretrty ideal indeed. Most of them have british or english pspeaking staff. Can't tell you about Tenerife in particular as I never went there. get patches of different colours on your jumpsuit/change your jumpsuit. first version would be very cheap, and would not neet to involve a rigger. And after that if you REALLY want to have your handles changed, you can wait for your next reserve repack... a pilot at a swiss DZ not far from where I jump had to jump out of the Porter, and he must have one of the great "NSTIW" stories... After uneventfully dropping skydivers at an italian DZ, during the descent (at approximately 1k ft) and above the small town, suddenly a blade of the prop breaks. Immediately the pilot is left with nothing in front of him. All the nose of the plane was gone. He just unbuckled his belt and did a forward dive. Parts of the plane were scattered through the town, the turbine finished in a football (not handegg) field, one wheel was find approximately 1.5km from the rest, after hitting several cars... The great thing is nobody was hurt, it was early afternoon in Italy, siesta time

PRO pack gives more control on the opening than a standart^d flat pack, because of it's awesome name. Sounds professional, but it is an acronym for Proper Ram-air Orientation. I believe most BASEjumpers do a something that ressembles a flat PROpack. They start flat, and then center their packjob to have everything symetrical (more or less like a reserve parachute) Some also directly do a shoulder PROpack. scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM
