  11. Tell him the hand he wanks with so furiously every night is his right hand. The little weedy forearm is his left one
  12. I wish it was Sadly caution in the UK is when you attend the police station and an Inspector tells you what a naughty boy you've been.
  13. This is the very reason I haven't got the German Shephard I want. Its not fair on them, they are very energetic dogs that need to be outdoors really. They are happiest when they are working. I hope to be a dog handler in a few years and that will be my oppurtunity then. Working with the dog as well as taking it for runs keeps it fit and entertained. With a working dog you can walk away on your time off and leave it at home without any probems. They also need time to relax if they've been doing 7 night shifts in a row with you. So I guess I'll have to wait I'm not really into small yappy dogs. I love the GSDs so much as they are amazingly loyal, strong, clever dogs
  14. I don't know why I bother sometimes. I risk my ass to catch scumbags like this only for them to be slapped on the wrist and told not to do it again else might face action next time. Now you know why the CPS is dubbed the Criminal Protection Service by us Should cut their thieving hands off, middle east styleee Yes it does sound like some statistic bending exercise. I can hear them now "Hey, this year we only had 429,000 convictions. Thats a fall of 30% in our crime rates. Huzzah!" Only time I think caution is appropriate is for young kids who do something silly and get a shock from being arrested and stewing in a cell for 20 hours. That can be wake up call for those kids and its good that if they do come to their senses and decide not to hang around with that gang anymore or that the dissapointment from their parents was too much for them to face again, that they don't end up with a criminal record. We all did stupid things in our younger days after all
  15. In the words of Jimmy Carr... "and they say that like its a bad thing"
  16. Ive broken my wrist twice and have had over 100 stitches! (Its not as sordid as it sounds )
  17. I think the thought is that if its in the sea where 99% of the population can see it noone cares. If we saw woodland dying and rotting people would probably be more concerned.
  18. I natuarlly just start yawning in the aircraft. Whether thats some reaction or its because I get bored sitting in the plane I don't know. But it works for me. I notice the biggest change during opening. Once canopys open I open my mouth to laugh to myself or whatever and i get an almighty *pop* and everything seems really loud. I think I may be holding my breath during opening without realising it. For me it is the moment I have most concern about so makes sense. I can clear my ears by just kinda tensing muscles by neck in a kind of swallow without actually swallowing technique
  19. That was sweet. It all happens at Airkix doesnt it!

OK sorry to resurrect old thread but don't want to be told to 'use the search function' My question is... If the issue with FXCs is that they are not accurate enough for sport skydiving and need to have canopy above your head at sensible altitude, what is the problem with just ensuring you have a canopy above your head at a sensible altitude. Think I read accurate to 500 feet. If was set at say 1500 feet, would there be a problem if was deploying at say 3500 feet or even 3000? My thoughts are that I only need AAD until B licence and then it can go in bin. Appreciate that if I go abroad I will need one, but I'd probably look at renting as opposed to buying as the times I travel abroad will be limited.
  21. Biggest point. Well done to you, I bet most people would drive past. You earnt some good karma that day
  22. Awesome! Nice when people go the extra mile
