    I also edit at home on a mac and mail my end results to them.I do all my photo's on site though edit in photshop, add logo's ,print right there. Burn a disk of photo's to take with them. I get to jump and not mess with editing ,and i always get rave reviews on my work . Never a complaint of waiting on a video. I mail out during the week asap, never later than the following friday.     Lexar support said it is the camera that designates this.If your camera is designed to accept a smaller card ,it will only show that amount of frames left until you get below that smaller number. Apparently the 30-d is built for a 2 gig or something. i always used this 4 gig card in my xti and it worked fine in it .     I have tried everything . I took the batteries out shut it off restarted it. reformatted and removed the card. OK i just put a 1 gig card in it and it worked fine .I believe the 4 gig lexar professional 133x speed card is bad. .     My 30-d is reading 999 on the number of shots remaining . Camera is shooting just fine though .I have no idea how many shots i have taken now or how much space is remaining on the card. I reformatted the card and it didn't help any. Idea's anyone?     I do most of my editing during the week anyways . I only edit at the dz if i am staying in my rv most of the week ,then i have enough time for editing .I use an imac though . I have been thinking of doing the power mac thing with a 30 in monitor.     I would go with the cookie MXV. I really like the cut away handle on the chin cup. I own an optic illusion, and you have to feel around for the cut away.     I think i'll be going with the cx-7 this year ,instead of my hc-1 that i just picked up..Hc-1 mount from wes is going to cost over a grand for the flash still and video mount. I can side mount the cx-7 for cheap. And i already have 1 side mount helmet set up. I have hard drive space available and back up my files on a regular basis to dvd disk.     I believe thats a bad move to be putting your helmet on on jump run when the door is open and all the xaos is going on .It is when your rushed at the door that bad things happen . The mirror on your altimeter is the answer to your issue. Or you could mount the mirror to the wrist strap if you don't want to put it on the face of it.
