I lived in Hamilton NZ for a year...if ya PM me I can tell ya all the good places to go....I would tell you best scuba is north part of the north island....Best scenerie is basicly anywhere in the whole country...pictures do not do teh place justice...but then once you get to the south island....WOW....your breath is taken away..... cheers. marc BSBD

The mod is for the bottom of the container....this way your deployment bag doesn't snag and have a delayed opening..your container basicly opens up more with out a shelf on the bottom.. marc BSBD

All depends on the vehicle...I have seen 10mph taps deploy them...and 70 mph slams not deploy them....scary for a paramedic who puts himself in there..... marc BSBD

That is the only place it is illegal...but it is not the actualy BASE jump that is illegal...no where in said laws is it illegal to BASE jump...they come up with that law because that's all that is in there....as they dont want people droping stuff into the parks from choppers or planes.....
