Likewise....Haven't had a reserve ride ,, since 1979... I have a swift plus 175 in my back-up rig, and a swift plus 225 in my Javelin.....never had to use either square reserve.. I have 4 reserve landings, all in the first 7 years of my 30+ years of jumping,,,all under a 26 ft, Navy Conical...stood up each one,,,the last one,, right next to the pea gravel target, during an accuracy meet...

True favorite???? Boeing 727.....jump it if you have the chance..

I vote each year,,, and select candidates whose pre election statements might match my way of thinking..... but often I will only choose 3 or 4 from the list.....However I always add the appropriate # of write ins to complete my ballot... I write in the names of Club members and skydivin' buddies...... who have constantly shown the right mix , of a helpful attitude, a willingness to pitch in, and the ability to share their love of the sport .. It's done in fun,, but I do let each of them Know, after my ballot, has been mailed,,, that they DID receive,, at least ONE legitimate vote for National Director, or Regional Director,,, in a formal USPA election..... It never fails to generate a smile and a handshake, from those friends....

I don't know,,,, seems that the nose and the fuselage/wing area of a single engine would prevent the prop from getting into the fuselage of this twin,,, the way the picture shows.....I notice that the horizontal stab... is missing from the victim plane,,,,, but wouldn't the rudder assembly on the victim have prevented the perpetrator plane from running up along side this aircraft..... plus the cut marks are way to parallel and orderly .. If the perp. plane was a twin,,, then shouldn't its own wing have made it tough to get so close to the victim plane????...Looks more like a crashed plane which was being torn down in the shop... But " I've been wrong before" I'll be wrong again"..

Wow... great photos....especially the plane re: 6 inches of snow...... around here near Buffalo New York USA,,, we got like 20 INCHES of snow hahaha.......but It IS...........SIX degrees.... the wind chill,,is like minus 15............hahaha snowboard hard, snowboard often, snowboard with friends.........
