Incident is broad enough to cover anything and everything. The encounter itself was an incident. This conversation is an incident. An altercation is an angry dispute. For him to have started an altercation he would have needed to shout at, insult or physically abuse the officer and there is no reason to believe he did that. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

If it's deserved, then it is right. But is it right to institute that system? And it's not about being a bleeding heart liberal about the genuine criminals who are being murdered because really my position is quite selfish. It's based on 'what if it happened to me?' Now, I'm quite sure that Skycop is being completely truthful, the evidence is cast iron and there is no doubt that the criminals in his referenced cases are guilty. But what do cops and prosecutors say when they go to trial with shaky evidence? 'There's no doubt.' Do you want to have an ideagasm?

    Agreed. I remember the era when Peugots were the opposite of this video Peugeot actually have a long history of high level motorsport. They were winning Grand Prix races and the Indy 500 before WW1, WRC titles in the Group B era and under modern regulations, they are a very successful supplier of touring car and hot hatch type racers and have had quite a bit of success over the last few decades in Le Mans style prototype sportscar racing. It's just that none of that technology or quality control seems to make it anywhere near their production cars! Do you want to have an ideagasm?

Your suggestion involves taking less care over who to execute in order to save money. Stands to reason that someone who doesn't agree with the first case doesn't agree with the second case either.     Interesting thing the guy said "Miscarriage of justice not just for myself but for the victim's families". Seems like a lot of time the adversarial nature of criminal trials and maybe the political side of the prosecutor's office means that winning a case is more imoprtant than having the right case. How can it be acceptable for them to be so resistant to re-examining evidence that would reveal guilty parties to still be at large in addition to freeing an innocent man? Winning an appeal to keep an innocent man in jail should not be viewed as a win, overturning a conviction based on evidence of innocence should not be viewed as a loss. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
