  4. Oh that's just unadulterated bollocks. It's beneath you. The dude was running away at full pelt. Even if he was the world's greatest actor and it was all just a ploy to get the cop to drop his guard so the guy could reach for a gun, turn and fire he would be far, far more likely to shoot himself in the balls while falling over his own feet than to pose any threat before the cop could react. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  5. Kinda reminds me of the protection money speech in Goodfella's - "Fuck you, pay me." I don't have a warrant? Fuck you, do what I say. I've got the wrong guy? Fuck you, do what I say. You want to know why I'm here? Fuck you, do what I say. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  6. In that version, the officer. That's what the words mean. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  7. Absolute nonsense and if you're trying to say so it's clear you have no intention of taking part in honest discussion (or, you may not know what altercation means). Incident is broad enough to cover anything and everything. The encounter itself was an incident. This conversation is an incident. An altercation is an angry dispute. For him to have started an altercation he would have needed to shout at, insult or physically abuse the officer and there is no reason to believe he did that. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  8. You know what, I almost totally didn't notice that you just swapped the word altercation for the word incident and therefore took aim at a different set of goalposts. Smooth work. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  9. How do you know he started an altercation? That's conjecture, supported only by the testimony of a known liar. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  10. Luckily no-one here is applying the law to this cop. We're just uninvolved people looking at evidence and drawing conclusions. Being afforded due process doesn't mean that people can't talk about you, and nor should it. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  11. Yeah, speaking of broad brushes... Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  12. Bible versus Rigveda, fight to the death? The bible's got some offensive shit in it. Deal with it. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  13. ... You assume? Assume???? Hell no It is out there for everyone to see Is it? The Pizzeria owner said she was misquoted, did she? That, in fact, she would serve a gay wedding, yeah? Uuhhh, don't think so Bub. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  14. Yeah, sure it's deserved - but is it right? And you know the guys who've been released from death row because they were innocent - do you think in those cases the cops and prosecutors said there was some doubt as to their guilt, or no doubt as to their guilt? If it's deserved, then it is right. But is it right to institute that system? And it's not about being a bleeding heart liberal about the genuine criminals who are being murdered because really my position is quite selfish. It's based on 'what if it happened to me?' Now, I'm quite sure that Skycop is being completely truthful, the evidence is cast iron and there is no doubt that the criminals in his referenced cases are guilty. But what do cops and prosecutors say when they go to trial with shaky evidence? 'There's no doubt.' Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  15. Agreed. I remember the era when Peugots were the opposite of this video Peugeot actually have a long history of high level motorsport. They were winning Grand Prix races and the Indy 500 before WW1, WRC titles in the Group B era and under modern regulations, they are a very successful supplier of touring car and hot hatch type racers and have had quite a bit of success over the last few decades in Le Mans style prototype sportscar racing. It's just that none of that technology or quality control seems to make it anywhere near their production cars! Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  16. Yeah, sure it's deserved - but is it right? And you know the guys who've been released from death row because they were innocent - do you think in those cases the cops and prosecutors said there was some doubt as to their guilt, or no doubt as to their guilt? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  17. So should the subject of the article.Aha! So you think Feinstein should be able to subvert the constitution in secret eh? But seriously though it should be written about by someone who knows how to write. I mean, if you're a carpenter you should now when to use which joints. If you're an engineer you should be familiar with stress and strain calculations. If you're a journalist you should be able to write coherent english sentences in accordance with the AP Stylebook. 18. "The officer embedded themselves with the Queens women and even questioned during a Nov. 2 encounter who reads 'chemistry books for breakfast'." This journalist should be removed from the internet. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  19. Unfortunately for Matt Walsh, the thing he doesn't realise is that he's already lost. The spine of the homophobic movement has been broken, the status quo has been overturned. All there is left are guys like him standing ankle deep in the water shouting at the tide. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  20. Yeah, consistency is typical liberals, how kind of you to notice Private prisons have been documented to mistreat prisoners in order to save money. Your suggestion involves taking less care over who to execute in order to save money. Stands to reason that someone who doesn't agree with the first case doesn't agree with the second case either. How do you see it different? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  21. Interesting thing the guy said "Miscarriage of justice not just for myself but for the victim's families". Seems like a lot of time the adversarial nature of criminal trials and maybe the political side of the prosecutor's office means that winning a case is more imoprtant than having the right case. How can it be acceptable for them to be so resistant to re-examining evidence that would reveal guilty parties to still be at large in addition to freeing an innocent man? Winning an appeal to keep an innocent man in jail should not be viewed as a win, overturning a conviction based on evidence of innocence should not be viewed as a loss. 22. If you weren't trying to kill 'em it wouldn't be as expensive. Win win for abolition Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  23. No, we don't need to do that because again (and again, and again, and again) it's about denying service to types of people, not about denying types of service. no, actually it is about forcing your ideology on others and vice a versa. I don't mean you personally OK fine, that's a valid viewpoint. Your examples are still misleading strawmen though. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  24. No, we don't need to do that because again (and again, and again, and again) it's about denying service to types of people, not about denying types of service. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
