The Republicans currently control both houses but they're more likely to check the Republican than the Democrat? And sure, congress could swing back the other way but if the GOP loses control of either house it'll probably be because of the blowback from nominating Trump in the first place! When exactly do you think you demonstrated that what he said carries that meaning, because I must have missed it. I think you're just snarky at having been caught being provably wrong in the Pokemon thread and now you want another fight. I can't think of any other reason why you're pushing this. BTW, you never posted what you thought about the Pokemon situation after finding out that you were completely wrong about how the situation unfolded. In what language? To 'take it like a man' means to accept or endure something unwanted or unpleasant for a wider cause. It doesn't mean 'do what a man usually does'. So you believe that "As I lay dying" means the same as "Like I lay dying" right? Of course not. 'Like' does not share the meaning of 'as' in that sentence. Non-sequitur much? What do you mean by that? Accept what she said in the speech? In which case, accept that she meant it, accept that she didn't plagiarise it, or not care whether she plagiarised it? Or accept her explanation of how the speech was written? In which case, which explanation do you accept as true and which are false? At this point it's honestly difficult to know what your point is. That's a funny website. They link to a Politico story to make it appear that they have support for their counterclaim the Obama plagiarised Bush but the Politico story actually says "A quick text compare shows that no lines were directly lifted from Bush's 2007 speech in the one Obama gave on Tuesday. There are some minor similarities between the two". Yep, they don't have an agenda at all. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

Really? Not one word was true - literally? Pretty much. They didn't trespass. They didn't try to run him over. He didn't shoot at the tyres. He had no reason to believe his home had just been burgled. Now: instead of arguing about the semantics of my post, do you want to retract your initial defence of the gunman and condemnation of the victims in light of your clear misunderstanding of the circumstances? No, it's hysterical who she stole it from. Obama and Patrick are members of the same party. They're supposed to agree with each other, it makes sense that one would copy from the other. It's not like you're new to the internet, so I'm quite surprised that you still think it's desirable to make your point in riddles that only a few people would get. Most people think it's better to make your argument in a way that is clear and unambiguous, so that you have a chance at a real discussion. You can have that bit of advice for free.
