You're close to Canada... come north when you get a chance. Two twotter boogies this year. - One up by Edmonton on July 3-7 - One on the September long weekend close to Calgary The exchange rate makes jump prices pretty good, and those Canadian women that go to LP every year... they live here "Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy

I suggest small claims court. $330 isn't that much but it will pay for your time in court, which shouldn't be long. "Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy

Yup. Actually, the USPA, according to the group member pledge, can toss out a DZ for "ANY REASON WHATSOEVER', given 30 days notice. And then they can get sued again, like they did over the Skyride issue, and end up paying out like they did that time. USPA, like CSPA, is toothless. Someone smarter than me might be able to confirm if this fits with Bill Booth's comments quoted here: http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=1702258#1702258 "If you will look at cadmium plated middle rings with over 100 jumps on them, you will see a slight "compression" of the plating evenly all around the "back" side of the ring." This video shows someone NOT in a hard arch, from 1974. It's easy to see the body position as there is no gear getting in the way of watching. The body position is easy to see at about 1:30 onto the video, the knees are low. Looks like an attempt to fall faster, but not using an arch. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVvMGLJ0xww "Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy

Apparently the Canadians don't understand the concept of economic stimulus. Apparently it's the same at some US DZs too http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=3471526#3471526 "Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy

I am not sure why your ear problem would be caused by not putting down your visor. The outside air pressure is not dependant on the visor being up or down I regularly jump without a full face and have no issues with my ears. Please careful with a registry cleaning. There are many reputable organizations that recommend against doing it. Especially beware of the ones that are advertised as "free scan". It doesn't mean that they will fix it fro free, just that they will scan for free. Some of these things install easily but are difficult to remove. If you feel you must do a registry clean there are some that are reputable and really free. Get good advice on which one to use from someone that you know and trust to have the knowledge to advise you correctly. If this is a woman that you'd like to continue to have a "good" relationship with, then these are two separate events. Even if she says that you can combine them and celebrate them together, don't be fooled. She would only be testing you. You will pay for making these two events into one forever and ever, Amen. I may not know much, but I know this to be true. "Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy

3rd item on the price list is the Neptune with the additional connector for external devices. http://www.alti-2.com/customer%20support/D-90058%20Pricelist,%20Retail.pdf 4th item is an external speaker, 5th item is the LED. They need to do a better job of letting people know they have these options. "Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy

Two old drunks are sitting in a bar when the first one says: 'Ya know, when I was thirty and got an erection, I couldn't bend it, even using both hands. By the time I was forty, I could bend it about ten degrees if I tried really hard. By the time I was fifty, I could bend it about twenty degrees, no problem. I'm gonna be sixty next week, and now I can bend it in half with just one hand.' 'So,' says the second drunk, 'what's your point?' 'Well, I'm just wondering how much stronger I'm gonna get!'
