Seriously, if I had to make some sort of guess before pre-season has even begun, I would have to lay money on the Eagles or Panthers to represent the NFC. Those are your two favorites. Nothing to reach for the ejection handle there, heh. Wasn't that huge of a loss. Sean Moran will most likely replace Wistrom. I also bet Leanord Little will be moved back to the LE slot. You also lost Brian Young. You still have Damoine Lewis I believe. There's also a lot of depth at your DT positions. So relax, buddy. All is well. Well as well as it will get for your crappy, piece of shit, sorry excuse for a NFL franchise.

What a huge dissapointment that was. Who would have thought. Have to give props to Tarver. Hell of a fight. This is basically the first fight Jones has lost. In actuality it's his second but no one really considers his first one a loss. He was beat by Montell Griffin (I think that's his name) by DQ. He knocked Griffin down but accidentally hit him one extra time while he was on the mat forcing the DQ. I hope Jones doesn't retire. This is hands down the greatest pound-for-pound fighter today. It's mind boggling to realize him jumping his weight up and down to fight in all of the different weight classes. No one imagined he could bulk up to the heavies and fight but he did...and did well. When I was in survival school for the Navy there were several methods for treating poison ivy. - If it's happened within 24 hours apply rubbing alcohol. It helps drawing the poison to the top. - Rub plantain on the infected area. Prevents it from spreading and assists in preventing the itching. - Calamine lotion. - Aloe. - Rub watermelon and the rine over the infected area (this is unproven. More of an old wise tale. Horse racing is a passion of mine. I used to gamble for a living and betting on the horses constituted about a quarter of my income. If I ever win the lotto one of my dreams is to buy my own horse and race him. Who will win today? It's a tough call. If I had to pick a flat out winner I would go with Smarty Jones. Looks like the reigning Kentucky Derby winner will do it again here. I like Lion Heart too, but not thrilled about him getting the rail slot. Imperialism is one to watch for as well. My longshot pick? Not really a longshot but The Cliff's Edge may take this one. Maybe one would consider him a longshot seeing he's 8-1 since there's 5 other horses whose odds are better. Note on the poll, I left out Little Matth Man since he has no chance to win. If I would have included him I would have had to create 5 more slots on the poll. Didn't want to do that for 1 horse. ROFL! Good one. You know, the Lightning are one of those teams taking the world by storm. No one has paid them much attention up till now. I've seen them all season and knew how great they were. With the rest of the world (barring your die-hard hockey fans) they have flown in under the radar...winning quietly. TBL has the fastest players I've seen in some time, very tough and scrappy defense, the deepest lines in all of hockey and arguably one of the best goalies (although he's been in a slump recently and part of the year). I smell it. It's close. Forty-two
