Me and Dagny went and saw Huey Lewis and the News last night. FUCKING INCREDIBLE!!!!! The opening act was this guy named Paul Thorn. It was just him, the stage and his guitar. He had this major southern draw. He's from Mississippi. His act was one of the most unique opening acts I have ever seen, not to mention the best. He has an incredible voice and incorporates hysterical comedy in his songs, mixed in with serious ones as well. I bring this thread up because I was just reading the bio on him and it said one of his hobbies is skydiving. It said he loved it. Has anyone seen or met him at a DZ? With his touring I'm sure he doesn't get to jump a lot. He's from Tupelo, Mississippi. Anyone know him? Interesting fact about him. He used to be a pro boxer. He joked on stage about he once fought Roberto Duran on National Television. He then joked about how bad he got the shit kicked out of him. It was funny. Forty-two
