    College. I worked at the YMCA, should I add it? I think education is an important part of a resume. But then, I work at a university and professional resumes include everything you've ever done and easily reach 25-50 pages. Do you have a page limitation? Really though, you could have that work experience w/out a degree. One thing I would add are accomplishments, awards, etc. Are you a member of any professional societies or presented talks at conventions attended? I like coconuts.
