Can anyone tell me if it's possible to maybe get my A at another DZ once you've started somewhere else?? Like Z-Hills??? I've heard it rocks there and the weather is more my kinda jumpin weather!!

Am I the only one that this has ever happened to??? I started my aff in July, completed in September. Completed my Skydive U, have one more Monkey Claw jump to do...the cold weather has arrived, still no A for me. Am I just a wimp?? Am I not a "skydiver" if I can't handle the coldness??? I'm only 109lbs and freeze if it's below 65!!!!! I have 32 jumps now and feel like I should have had my A long ago. AND I still have to pack!!! I will be getting that done this week hopefully. But I still feel stuck. I'm saving money to get to warmer climates this winter, but if I don't get my A it really doesn't matter anyway, right?? I've bought some expensive undergarments to keep me warm...but not warm enough for my tiny self. I feel a bit whiney here, but I WANNA JUMP DAMMIT!!!! Anyway, has it ever taken anyone this long to get their A???

Yeah, this stinks...as a crazily addicted newbie. it's really getting to me. It seems to be taking forever to get my A...started in July. Weather and $$ have slowed me down and now it's too cold!!

Thanks..I'm going to do a couple jumps myself hopefully first to try to work it out. Now, I;m having doubts on am I keeping my legs at 45...or am I extending them?? I'm thinking it was keeping it at 45. AHH..maybe I'm thinking too much!!!! thanks!!

I'm doing my second A license Monkey Claw jump tomorrow and I am having a total memory lapse..I haven't practiced my body postion since my instructor showed me on Moday..and now I can't remember what I'm doing with my arms!! Arm extened, palm down right?? It's what I'm doing with the other arm...bringing into my body or leaving it?? I screwd it up on Monday and I really wanna bang it out tomorrow. Can anyone help?? Thanks!

And why would yo ube afraid of that?? Some of my closest friends on the DZ live in those trailers and happen to be some of the most awsome people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. It's so great to get away from the people in your life who are worried about the "things"....new houses, new cars, their big movie screen televisions. DAMMIT...I wanna live in the trailers.
