I just have dealt with a real A-HOLE that has been jerking my chain for over 2 months and still hasn't put up any cash for the 40k in equipment he wants and when I told him that I had another buyer on the line for half of what he is wanting he got all pissy and whiny about how HE was going to buy it and I should wait for him to finish his financing which bye the way he has been approved a month ago but doesn't like the rate yet can't find a better rate and refuses to put a deposit on the equipment. I wrote my reply while he was writing that and didn't see it. If he actually offered a credit card at the time then that changes everything but he didn't say that in the original post.
