When I bough 2 years ago in Scottsdale, houses were selling in hours.. now it's more like weeks - months. Values have backed off a bit but not enough to impact the massive increase in the last 4 years. Mine is still valued well over twice what i paid for it.

Around here we have metered ramps onto the freeways. 2 lanes, a light on each that alternate between red and green . If I am the ONLY person on the ramp I do not stop. A couple months back I was cited for running the red light. I went to court on it and won. I asked the Judge is his understanding of the system was the same as mine in that it was designed to only allow one car at a time to enter the flow of traffic on the freeway. It was .. I then asked what the logic would be behind stopping if you are the ONLY car on the ramp. He said none. Dismissed. My next quetion was going to be to the cop.. He claims to have seen me run the light but in reality he could not have seen the color of the light from his vantage point so it was 50 / 50 as to red or green.. I did not get that far.. as for all other tickets I've recieved, paid and traffic school .

I doubt it .. I'm 6'4" and was 230lbs when i went through AFF... No one raised any concerns. I just hope it's not a cessna DZ

I use to hate the bruising from the student rigs .. If your getting slammers that are debilitating you like that you may want to talk to your instructor. Could be your pack jobs or your body position when you dump.

I don't do the tire rotation but i do all other general stuff. Oil changes are 65.00 for my beast so i do it myself. Diesel's don't have sparkplugs to worry about

I never tipped but did make sure to buy them a burger and a beer at the end of the day .. it also gives you time to pick their brain a bit more.

After breaking my Tib/Fib I had many staff come into my hospital room wanting to see the skydiver that survived his chute not opening.. I got tired of explaning that my chute did open but I just hosed the landing so I just let most of them think what they wanted to.

There was a Demo at the Temple Town Lake celebration in Tempe, Arizona. Thay landed on the Mill Ave Bridge. Anyone know who did the jumps?
