WTF is so hard about that to understand for BH and others here? Trump is flat out crazy and a second Trump Presidency would be a hellscape in America. Biden has many deficits and probably he should even put down his damn dog. Kamala isn't perfect but Vivek? Seriously? Can you even imagine having a team mate like Brent who so obviously is more focused on the other team losing than his own team winning? Don't try to get better when you can just convince the judges that the other team is cheating. Easy, peasy.

My experience is only with owning property in Oregon over the last 35 years. Commercial, Farmland, Airport, Subdivisions, Partitions etc. I have experienced a real disconnect between tax appraisals and actual market value. (not RMV by tax appraisers) But it has never been by orders of magnitude. The edge in real estate is seeing real, and real time, value that others have missed. Maybe there is another 10-30% laying there. Those are big wins. But only time gives quadruples or better in my experience. -

As an earlier poster tried patiently to explain to you the "beneficiary address" is meaningless. That it was Hunter who received the wire is explicit. No evidence that Joe Biden received a single coin with a square hole from China exists to date. Well, in the real world that is.

The ridiculousness of the idea that a President should be impeached under a tit-for-tat legal theory in the hopes that some impeachable offense will be revealed is just gobsmackingly absurd. And it's not that Comer and Jones don't admit it, they do, and they see no problem with it. The cultists themselves are as blind to the real purpose of the impeachment process, much less what might constitute an impeachable offense. They're all like those Zombie Ants that keep climbing up the grass until they get eaten by a cow: it's a brain infection that drives their behavior and no amount of conversation can ever hope to change them.
