Oregon is becoming ground zero for dumbness.
-
Look man, I've pointed it out gently but now that time has passed. You have zero credentials. You did 20 years in the military, thanks but no big deal, and you tossed drogues at the home town DZ until it folded in spite of your amazing contributions. You have an MBA and bank experience that shows up no where in your posts. You may not be able to see it but since Happy Valley folded, and you have no anchor or crowd to please, your posts have become more frantic and insistent. Blow this silly forum off and go do something.

Post trump Legal Actions, Including his Enablers

You just stop with the negative waves. I have my heart all set on him getting caught with his hand in the cookie jar so I don't want to hear anything else, thank you. Already I'm sulking and now it's worse. -
CNN)Lady Gaga's dog walker was shot and her two French bulldogs, Koji and Gustav, were stolen Wednesday night in Hollywood, a source close to the singer tells CNN. The source said the singer "is offering half-a-million dollars to anyone who has her two dogs, no questions asked. Anyone who has the dogs can use this email, KojiandGustav@gmail.com to retrieve the reward." Fuck the dog walker, I guess.

It's further worth noting that no one here, me in particular, will be paying you for your pearls of wisdom. Interestingly, and I'm guessing you were taught this, if no one will pay you for what you know, and I'm certain it's been better articulated, then what you know ain't worth jack shit.

38%+12%+42% <100% and the beat goes on. This is a side bar skydiving blow hard forum. If you are so smart and informed go make something happen. Show us.

This needs to be screamed out loud non-stop. Texas exceptionalism, my ass. They should pay their own exceptional way out of this mess and the next hurricane, too.

For the obvious, it's my honor to round you out to 600 likes.

If you weren't so bad at what you do you'd have a fat job in the industry by now. Instead you prefer nowheresville where you bounce like a pinball from petard hoist to petard hoist. That's not an exaggeration, Brent. You are still young and you are fucking it all away swimming in a small pond. Fuck this forum. If you have the stones get out there and show us how it's done.

Post trump Legal Actions, Including his Enablers

Right. I wasted too much time trying to find a tell but nada. Must be that there are limits to partisanship even on the Supreme Court. I reckon Trump is screamin' like a mashed cat tonight. Poor baby. -
Hey, thanks man. That is a really cool tool. Damn if you mod's don't have uses after all.

anachronism /əˈnakrəˌnɪz(ə)m/ noun a thing belonging or appropriate to a period other than that in which it exists, especially a thing that is conspicuously old-fashioned.

OK, I got the damn thing working. Bad batteries, Bill. Go figure, right? Sporto and Jazz are voices that serve him the same way the rest of us had invisible friends, according to the algorithm. Early cross braced means Excaliber's, apparently, as if no one else was around way back then. No detail on 5K + jump experience means 4000+ Tandems and a love of thrilling the crowd and scaring himself with his pocket rocket at the end of the day. "It was scary, it was dangerous, but so was jumping surplus WW2 gear. The world needs throttles and it needs breaks.", means, sure it's pure imagination, but the world needs heroes and I'm here for you.

Indeed, I can and indeed he did, or didn't, or did he? My Brentometer is on the fritz and it's too early for pen and paper, I fear.
-
Thank you. I knew you jumped in the military but that's different and really doesn't count towards time in sport. I guess what I am looking for is how many fun/competition/invitational jumps you've made since 1992. I'm a DZO, as you know, so I know there is a difference. That would help me understand where you are coming from when you state: "Each side needs the other to move forward, so let’s not be dicks about it."
-
When did you start sport jumping?
-
Move there and show them how it's done, I'm sure they can use another turbine dropzone. No stupid masks allowed, including plexiglas visors, 1440 degree low turns encouraged because it's all about personal responsibility, No AAD's because conservatives know that self reliance is key and grand opening day is every day because, well, FREEDOM! Go for it, man, you have an MBA, what more can it take?

Camo pants, OD shirt and life jacket, a ball cap that appears to read SWAT and a rescue boat in the background. Just an average hero wandering by looking for someone to save, you reckon? To top off the toxic ass backwards thinking here, you can bet the woman and her baby weren't out looking for anyone. More likely, rescue found them. And yes, if you are going to post sexist crap like this, the distinction is valid. And just for giggles, maybe everything I just wrote is horse shit and it's a husband carrying his wife and infant to safety. She looks about +/- 110# and the kid another 10#. How hard is that in ankle deep water? No heroes or dudes required, seems to me.

Is it the same ringtone as when you post?
-
I do? Because I think residential real estate agents aren't worth the 6-7% commission and the gig economy companies that employ them (yes, just like Uber) have what amounts to a collusive lock of pricing? Or, is it when self styled conservatives pontificate on tax policy and business practices while collecting a US Government paycheck? Excellent likeness, by the way. Thanks.

+/- 2% on + $1M
-
Just depends on your appetite for gambling. Me, I try to avoid $1.5M losses on Otters and Super Caravans. I know an operator who gave up $2M on three crashes and never learned. I have a wonderful 182 I built up for jumping. 1979, wet wings, 325HP with all of with mods, glass instruments etc. etc. It's a $180K airplane but at that end of the scale insurance is $5K plus liability ($2500) just for being a back up. Makes no sense and I'm an idiot for doing it. But 2% + $3500 liability on a $1.5M aircraft makes sense all day long.
-
Might be, or it might be something else. You might be surprised, perhaps not you, to know how many jump aircraft are under insured or have liability only simply because they can. Give someone a chance to play the odds and damn if many won't take it. And they'll do it again after a loss believing, I guess, that the reset odds are now in their favor. Weird.

But he bought the house. Caveat emptor, he might have pointed out were the plaintiff a client and not his own miserable sorry ass. It's funny, well maybe not funny as I now think about it, but I've spent a lot of hours and a commensurate amount of money in the company of attorneys. They always loathe going further than a threatening letter for something that will be argued on technicalities in court. Unless it's their money, of course.
