So Jerry was just jerking my chain? There must be charges filed if for no other reason other than BillVon will be proved wrong and we can start a new thread.
-
Where did the SDNY info (assuming you meant that) come from?
-
He get's it, theres no doubt about that. He's simply as vested in his belief system as Ron is in his. Read Milton and you'll understand Brent.
-
Where's the last one: "Go, Mother Nature!"
-
Nope. I'm still living in the past.

As long as it's confession time, after reading the article I ordered up a pair of rad new kicks. I just love Dolce and Cabana, you know?
-
Jesus, Mary and Joseph Keith, you get your news from Marie Claire? What happened buddy, did they cancel your Cosmo subscription?
-
"Brent crude", suddenly things are starting to add up.
-
No way. That's an arm around the shoulder and a that's my girl!

If the most if us are either bum fuck crazy, delusional or open to believing the most absurd propositions, and I dare you to argue otherwise, would it still be a people problem? We don't let kids drive for a reason, right? I mean surely there are quite a few who could handle it at 10 years old, yes?

I was reminded of this on Bloomberg this morning. The Bahamas already have one called the Sand Dollar. How cool is that?

I recall when I handed the contract to my long time attorney he said, Joe, if anyone other than you handed me this I'd think it was a joke. All I can tell you is that either way you are probably fucked. It did seem plausible to me that might work, I guess. I sort of knew it was a hope in one hand kind of deal but probably my only chance to get past the Kármán line without waiting 4.5 Billion years. Joie de vivre, right?

And the Captain still has his job. Whatever. He was there living his today. When you want to live today you accept that shit happens. Anyone can pick at a scab. Hanging your ass out to the point you might get a scab and being cool with that is the secret to a happy life, seems to me.

What a crap attitude. No one has ever enjoyed what comes beyond their life. Rejoice and try every cool thing available now or die having wasted your life. I had a contract to fly the LYNX rocket to space that went to hell. Could have thrown my money away on the the Branson thing but who wants to go weightless with six pukers, I thought. That's done now and there is always the next thing. I missed out on the Concorde but until you've flown First Class on the Emirates 380 you have not flown. There are many, many more things on offer now. More than you will ever be able to do. Enjoy.

How to encourage tax cheating by the very wealthy
JoeWeber replied to kallend's topic in Speakers Corner
Bill wants to be perceived as smart and engaged but his list of avoided answers has me thinking he's just another right wing true believer with a small pond local history of heroism against liberals. Bravely, he posts here but I'm thinking he'll soon depart unsatisfied. -

And you would be right, family workers or not. Below a certain level they are putting the money into the economy in some way. Let that be and look at the big players. -
Apparently the SAT has a few testing deficits.
-
As I now think about it, it was all bullshit even before I got old. Just got my second Pfizer jab. Easy, peasy.
-
All of my excursions have consistently been down the stairs. Could have been the circumstances, sure, but this falling up business seems peculiar to me.
-
In fact, there is even more compelling proof that the world is not warming here:

Let's start with a little truth and reconciliation. You first. -
Not everything scales up, ponds for example.
-
No more starting our own threads?
-
Nope, you were too soon in my view. Gaslighting is an art form unto itself, literally. There was an educational nugget to be had, however. Now we know that not only are we here at Sangiro's pleasure but also for Sangiro's pleasure. McLuhan was quite right, it seems.

Oh, piffle. You aren't a libertarian, as if any truly exist, you are a contrarian.
