You're up to 1000. Now you owe me. I'm pretty sure the current slate of religions haven't helped, either. We even have an SC Justice who belongs to a sect that believes her husband should be calling the shots and, apparently, another that believes his wife should be calling the shots. That's some weird gender shit, if you ask me. If men want to wear dresses there is no reason they should need to move to Myanmar. Where, by the way, I wore one for the 5 weeks I was there and quite liked it, too. U-Joe they called me and giggled every time. I can't claim to understand the need to be focused on correct pronouns when being addressed but I can respect the need. We all get just one shot at this, if it makes someone happy at no expense to anyone else just do it and you be happy, too. What's so hard about that?

Thoughts on lithium iron phosphate batteries
JoeWeber replied to brenthutch's topic in Speakers Corner
OK, Buddy! Who are you and what did you do with Brent? Brent, wherever you are just hang in there, we're on the way. -
For fucks sake, Brent, condemn her astonishing stupidity and concede she is no one who should be in congress. Why? As a a hero of mine once said when taking a rightful stand: it's all about integrity.

Thoughts on lithium iron phosphate batteries
JoeWeber replied to brenthutch's topic in Speakers Corner
Well, you concede to the reality of electric fields so we're making progress. I run 20kW of lithium batteries on my boat. There is no comparison. I'm also looking for a lithium motorcycle battery for the dinghy, but things are scare here. Just go lithium and don't look back. Seriously. -
It's not running away from the world, silly boy, it's running into the arms of the world. That's what travel is all about, now you know. The neato thing about this lifestyle is the constant interaction with folks from different countries, backgrounds, and lifestyles. All of the businesses I want to keep are intact and humming along helmed by a great manager; a she as it happens. To be sure, as much or more now than ever I am very involved in the real world. So, please, don't stay up over me or take time away from that Ohio gerrymandering.

How cute, a new dinghy.

Well, he'll peg the weirdometer for a lot of folks, that's certain, but he's well qualified in the field and speaks a little Chinese, too, so that's good. To each his own but I wouldn't wear those shoes with that dress, no way.

Beto O’Rourke, champion of the second amendment

I'd rather roll bugs onto their backs than play your latest games. -
Post trump Legal Actions, Including his Enablers
JoeWeber replied to Phil1111's topic in Speakers Corner
Okay, then, are you willing to develop that a bit? I was also around in 1972 as a 19 year old in East San Jose, California. I'm not sure what I wasn't insulated from, or if it was good for me, but at the time I'd have argued not much. No matter, you opened it up to your own formative personal experiences. So please, elucidate. -
Yes. Maybe I'm just overly over the top. I also would usually keep an extra airplane on hand when I was training, especially freefly, probably to compensate.
-
You have more balls than a herd of elephants.
-
Sure. From your perch, compared to you, everyone is stupid.
-
Do we now? Maybe the Mod's will rule that your listing a few would constitute education and not personal attacks.
-
So then what's with the Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu and wilderness training for your daughter? Are you correcting a misgender?
-
Actually, it would better be described as an electoral autocracy. Similar, I'm guessing, to the one Trump would like to create. So continue on with your anti-Biden rhetoric until you get what you claim you don't hope for.

Lately it's been a delight. Low covid and easy to stay in a smallish smart thinking group for safety. The diving at the south end, past the salt pier, has been really good for the Caribbean. The conditions look good for a deep dive off the south tip tomorrow so we'll give that a go. The Wahoo have been hitting hard so maybe we'll get lucky coming or going.

We are doomed. We are being governed by people who believe in the gazpacho police. "Tell us what you know or we're putting more croutons in your soup!"

Bonaire, DWI. On a mooring, no anchoring allowed. The Leewards have been getting pounded lately, unusually for now but that's weather.

Well, because otherwise with all of the leftover money we'd have no excuse not to feed kids and put them in school and quality daycare. And faster than you can ask how long were we in Afghanistan those kids would be lining up for free higher education and getting PhD's in Pronoun Development Studies and Bathroom Degenderification. There'd be plenty of loot left over for quality national healthcare and forced gay marriage, too. So, really, our bloated military not only protects us from invasion from all enemies except our next door neighbors but it also saves us from wokeism and other social blights. A real bargain, seems to me.
-
But does it threaten their manhood, you know the projection thing.
-
You're right, we need to be more woke.

I hear he's currently searching prior art for his improved, spring loaded pancake spatula and a coin with an invisible string to defeat the turn styles at Disneyland.

Pinball money. And now, back to hockey.

I live on a yacht in the Caribbean and do my own financial planning. But thanks for more great advice.
