Jakee is right about my town, Molalla, Oregon, that's sure. 10,000 population, $19 Million Budget, and a fiscal year 2021-2022 $3,759,000 Police budget for 17 cops of which $2,579,000 is for salaries and benefits. That's $151,705.88 per year per cop in salaries and benefits and $211,764.71 per year per cop total. How can that be seen as either sustainable or justifiable?

Sure, and by the time they get to Alaska maybe a Bering Land Bridge will actually happen, if not high speed ferry service, and then they'll be Russia's problem. In the meantime we can all relax knowing that they'll be cantaloupes aplenty and no shortage of Guatemalan roofers in the good 'ol US of A.

Well, I'm shocked, shocked to hear nada but crickets from our right wing friends when they were just gifted with absolute proof that Biden is demented, incompetent, and absolutely not in control. Surely last nights speech provided all of the evidence needed to further their claims, no? Unless, of course, it's a time delay where they're all awaiting the inevitable photoshopped picture from OAN or FOX showing Kamala Harris controlling the whole thing with her marionette sticks and ventriloquists perma smile.

Maybe you should start seeing the irony and humor in it all and also check out all of the uninhabited land in America. Even more hilarious, the party balloon was popped by our vaunted $200,000,000 F-22 for it's first air-to-air kill. That's even funnier than our spectacular $90,000,000 F-35 which is on the scoreboard with 2 unmanned drones.

You're just observing the known and obvious, Joe. We all know the possibilities and limitations. What's cool is that it's happening now. Everyone looks at the next technological advancement as the thing to fret about like hypersonic cruise missiles, 6th generation jet fighters, smarter 12 year old hackers, etc.. But here it is: The United Gun States of America can not even shoot down a damn Chinese spy balloon until blows past South Carolina. Yes, they totally owned us but that doesn't mean it wasn't a cool play.
