Nope. You save all your below the belt antics for Skreamer. I ain't skeert neither! Are we going to use slingshots or race downhill?
-
Clay is right (for once). Where do you think a restaurant's "Secret Sauce" comes from? Justin
-
We have plenty of crime in DC too, but we are a little short on the people finding bodies. damned DC police.... Justin
-
True, but they are probably going a lot faster than a Cessna. Not that I know anything about flying.... But then again, from what your instructor said.... Justin
-
Man, no arguement on that one! Thank god I've exited that stage of "looking for someone special" celibacy. Unfortunately, I've been in "pregnant wife" and "baby daughter" phases recently, which aren't much better. Justin
-
Slappie, Kiss my ass, creeper boy! You don't even have the coordination to fight like a man. Justin
-
Just because he isn't football fanatic? Some of us don't care at all about that stuff. It bores the hell out of me. Maybe the idea of getting a big beer gut while sitting stupourously in a feces-stained recliner drooling through 24-hour/day sports channels doesn't appeal to me. Justin

So would the Potomac river, and it won't get you shot at.
-
Sounds like fun, but you need to get out of the boat! Otherwise it is like... landing in the airplane or something. I enjoyed being here and wrote this. So, Jessica, how did I do?

It seems to me that there were a whole lot of steps that could have broken the chain of events that led to his hospitalization. Pull at appropriate altitude. No third try on hackey. If it is that unflyable once open, get rid of it. Don't pull yourself into a dive if there are other options. Any jumpers more experienced than me (most of you!) out there want to give this one some more analysis so we can learn some more from it? I hope he heals well and quickly. Justin

Slappie, Whew! I'm so glad you aren't one of those Nascar freaks! Justin
-
Clay, where the hell are you putting the cold cuts?
-
NASCAR is motorsports for the moronic. It only takes mediocre driving skills. Before you argue, think about this: They only have to turn in one freaking direction! Come on, now. If you want to watch drivers with some actual skill, watch Forumula 1. The worst F1 drivers would soundly thrash the entire NASCAR field. NASCAR = Overmarketed crap redneck racing Formula 1 = World class driving and competition So.... Do you want to know what I really feel? Justin

I'll both agree and disagree with Jessica. The befriending thing is right. It sounds like your personality is dictating that you be friends before going further. That is fine. But the "friend zone" is real. I got pegged as "the good guy I cry my heart out to when losers mistreat me" for awhile, which was both complimentary and shitty at the same time. You need to persevere, Viking. When things do go right, you'll have the best of both worlds. For people like you (and me), patience is the key. Justin

I don't think either of those are Marine Corps standard issue, Dave.
-
Whoops. Didn't mean to post that. Meant to PM it. Justin
-
I totally disagree. Let's find out. Justin

I'd have to go with a really hot porn star, for a number of reasons: 1. They would really know what they are doing. 2. Since you are dying anyway, you don't have to worry about what you'd catch. 3. Also, since you are going to die, you'd never have time to be embarassed. Hey, makes sense to me! Justin

I started this poll because the thought crossed my mind, and I'm a post whore. I'm waiting for your sub sandwich poll. I'll answer when you post it.

Rhino, I don't see the same employment picture coming that you do. Unions? In my eyes, they are on the way out. They are a legacy of a less technological workforce and have been made obsolete by modern labor laws. We don't have many 10 year olds locked in sweatshops any more. Except for Pammi's kids, of course. Your virtual family idea sounds interesting, until someone has the job of administering it, or judging whether someone got fired for cause, or whether they deserve the money. When somebody thinks they are entitled to something they aren't getting, they'll sue. In no time, you'll have the same type of situation as insurance, or unemployment lines. The current system really isn't that bad. I agree that corporate ethics need some work, but I also see some things as a process of natural selection. Some people lose their jobs because it is best for the company. There are times when a "no layoffs" policy will have the whole company go down the tubes, end up with everyone unemployed. It helps everyone if the least productive/needed person gets axed. I was laid off from a job once, as a part of a massive "reduction in force". It sucked, but I was working again in a week. The economy was better then, so I can see it taking awhile longer. But when particular people are repeatedly laid off, or unable to find jobs, I have to question their will to work and their skills. Anyway, just my $.02. Justin

Muenkel, Be more specific. Are you dying from the act, or from getting caught doing the act? Justin
-
I would so want to be that old guy when my time comes. But honestly, I just don't see it happening that way...
-
Rhino, I said slow ways to die. I wouldn't give the 80 year old very long before his heart gives out. If I were to include that option, probably everyone would pick it, male and female.
-
Supposedly freezing is kind of the same after the initial shivering. As for some of the other options... maybe some people like pain, but I sure wouldn't want to go that way. Justin
-
If you had to die a slow death, what would you want it to be? Nothing quick, and especially not burning in, because skydivers would all pick that. Which Slow Way Would You Want To Die? Drowning Freezing Burning Starvation Thirst Bleeding Suffocation Don't ask my why I asked this question. I have no idea, other than that it popped into my head. And to some people's dismay, I'm NOT thinking about trying anything myself.
