  1. But, inexplicably, too busy... not getting busy. He is going to totally lose his reputation as a he-ho if he continues like that. Slacker!
  2. Either you are a fan of sumo wrestling, or you have a really high wingloading. Do any of the dropzones there have websites? They aren't in the USPA list, and I'd be curious to see one.
  3. I wouldn't mind one, but I can't make myself do it right now. Too frivolous and extravagent. Maybe in a few years when I get to having a mid-life crisis.
  4. I'm with her. I think blue cheese is nasty. If things look/smell like that in my fridge, I throw them away!
  5. Yeah, I did kinda leave that open-ended. However, I'm not going to retract the statement.
  6. Mike, Great! But watch out with givin' away all the secrets. We wouldn't want those conspiracy theory freaks to figure out the truth, would we?
  7. What the hell.... Viking, I agree that you need serious help, but I'll answer the question anyway.
  8. 1968 Plymouth Valiant "Sport" Puke green, automatic, P.O.S. It had an indestructible slant-6 engine, with a cracked exhaust manifold, but I understand that most all of them had that. Still ran great. My parents bought it for like $300, and my brother and I thrashed it for about 4-5 years. We never changed the oil, just kept adding more when it got low. We sold it for nearly what we paid for it, at which time it had around 200k miles.
  9. Yeah, I know all about Twinkies. But I'd have to say that in the loose definition of "food" would be anything that can provide calories or nutrients to humans. So even Twinkies qualify. The oldest Twinkie I have ever eaten was about 13 years old. It tasted pretty normal. That was during Basic Training. I'm not a big fan of eating them, but they are conceptually hilarious.
  10. I'll let Bill rebutt the rest of them. It tends to crystalize. If it is mixed with other things, than it can ferment. But it isn't the only food that won't spoil or rot. maple syrup sugar Twinkies
  11. Steve, Do you wonder how the hell Clay knows so much about this stuff?
  12. Is that human years, or sheep years?
  13. You too, Quade? I know Nathan is abnormal, but I didn't think you would stoop that low!
  14. Nathan, you are scaring me.
  15. Dolly's Greatest Hits (The cloned sheep, not the one with big boobs.) Old McDonald Had a Farm The Animals The Monkeys The Circle Jerks ...
  16. Nope. But maybe I can be embarrassed by association. My wife has a huge selection of shameful things. Some of her gems include: Salt 'n Peppa Great 80's Dance Hits Madonna Run DMC Etc.

    Sex in church

This seems more like a failed intelligence test than anything else. They were idiots, and they got caught. To me, nobody can be offended if nobody knows. If nobody catches you, then nobody will know. It is kind of like the "tree falls and nobody hears it" issue. They were caught, they offended, and they deserve what they get. There is nothing wrong with the act of sex (except in Clay & Skreamer's cases). But forcing people in a church to be involved by being conspicuous is pretty inconsiderate.

I can't ever see that without thinking "End User License Agreement". Damn Microsoft! DAMN THEM!
  19. Chris, it is probably scarier that I don't have anything in my collection that I'm ashamed of or have gathering dust. That means that I might as well be an old geezer that "Don't like that danged new-fangled stuff". Most of the music I like is from groups that are disbanded or people that are dead. I add something new here or there, but not much. Some examples of music I like (and have liked for a long time): The Velvet Underground Grateful Dead Led Zeppelin The Doors Hendrix Rolling Stones (older stuff) Beatles Pink Floyd Some of the newer stuff is still not so different from the older stuff: Dave Matthews Tori Amos Dire Straits So I'm not a wuss. I'm just boring.
  20. My musical tastes haven't changed that much since about 7th grade. There are some things I don't listen too as much, but nothing hideous like Barry Manilow. Muenkel, you shouldn't admit things like that in public!
  21. Phree, Anyone that really believes the conspiracy theories would hardly believe any debunking presented at Snopes. "Evidence" is only such if one is willing to believe it, which they aren't.
  22. This conversation is making me hungry. And that is a bad thing, since there is a Ben & Jerry's 50 yards down the street from my office. Doh! I can sense a run there today. I have ice cream on the brain now.
