According to dropzone dot com, that is the wrong answer. You should never downsize... I mean seriously why would you want to? Question from newbishlikebutnotquite new: skydiver:I'm interested in downsizing someday, I've got 350 jumps and a 1 to 1 wingload. I've take canopy control courses by Brian Germaine and Scott Miller and Ian Drennan is on staff here. I've completed all the tasks succesfully on the checklist Billvon wrote out. After learning some CRW, I can back spin my canopy for days, stall it and "fly" backwards. I'm sure there's more but I'm ready to move on. I'm interested in perhaps a Sabre2 at a 1.3 wingload for now. Any suggestions? Well, there may actually be more than one side to a comment like that. Ever read "Fate is the Hunter" by Earnest Gann? Gann was a pilot that saw a lot of his buddies die in the early years of aviation and, unfortunately, all the way up to the time he retired as well. He came to understand that it is, in fact, possible for a person to do everything right that they can in aviation and that sometimes, "Fate is the hunter" and that sometimes fate just wins. This also, unfortunately, applies to anyone that is going to stick in the sport of skydiving very long. Very true, but I still believe that the comment was ill-timed and the person in quesiton could have kept such comments to himself...just to be respectful... But I am gonna check out the book...looks interesting...

Yes, they do...I worked at a store that was a distributor, so I know the system, but the stores distribute, and corporate handles financials...which also means that customer service can be hit or miss... Well, it seems that out here in the Carolinas instead of siphoning individual cars, they prefer to go right to the source...... That is an option that most doctors won't entertain unless it is something that they recommend due to the fact that they believe a health issue cannot be managed reasonably. Keep in mind that hit dyplasia can be debillitating, but is also manageable, this is an extreme case, but I would definitely leave that option to the doc and the owner to discuss...Trust me, I have been there, and even had several clients cry on my shoulder, and one even asked me what happened when I lost my first pet when I was a teenager. ~R+R... ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Fly the friendly skies...^_^...})ii({...^_~...
