As you can see the weather was bad today so no jumping. I had a XR100 as a kid and thought Id get back into the game so I went and got a Yamaha 450F. This bike is fast as fuck. Took it out and didn't go past 3rd gear. In fact im a little scared at what lies beyond 3rd. Mabye I should have taken the same approach to bike upsizing as we do to canopy downsizing.

Ditto to what CDRINF and nbblood said, in fact I think they told me the same thing last year when I asked. Hey nbblood, I had an awesome time in Hawaii last May, 70+ jumps in 2 weeks, over here in Ar Ramadi, Iraq with Coconutmonkey.

Not sure really. I hate garrison Army where all you do is play army a few times a year. I Enjoy doning my job for real and your always so bussy that time flys by.

Im 10 months into my 12 month tour in Iraq, in Ramadi of all places. Ive put in the paper work to extend an additional 12 months over here. Who thinks Im crazy. Everyone over here thinks I am. P.S. Since the last time I was in the Bonfire(JUL 2004) there have been 1,022,184 new posts made.

If I could get a Black Hawk pilot to take me to 2 1/2 K, Id jump. But then again I don't have a rig with me BTW that F*$&@# rig cost $53 to send home....

Ah you still up at this hour... I haven't read the rest of the tread but I'd say soft top if you live in an area thats free of a lot of theft. It sucks having side windows you can't see out of clearly in the winter but its definately a plus having the option of rolling the top off Quickly in the summer.
