I'm sorry it took me so long to anwser, lets see Deland is much bigger than Z-Hills , so to me ,you realy don't get to feel the vibes , Sebastian in the other hand is kind of like Z-Hills , smaller than Deland but , they have everyhting !!!!!!! I just like the vibes better in Z-Hills and Sebastian, everybody in the staff of both places are very friendly and make you feel welcome right of way! in Z-Hills they have one of the most cleanest showers I 'v seen in a DZ jajajaja I mean it!!!!!!! but again is just my personal opinion. ________________________________________

Well this may help , I just went to Z-Hills the first time few weeks ago and it was very good , I was there for 5 days and did not encounter any attitudes , they have everything you need , including three T. Otters!!!!!!!! good luck ________________________________________
