    Even by OT standards, there isn't anything at all wrong with homosexuality. There's nothing in there that says it's morally right or wrong to be either heterosexual or homosexual. There's just a bunch of tripe about where, when, how, and with whom it's okay to have sex. Edit to add example: OT says adultery is wrong heterosexuals commit adultery therefore: heterosexuality is morally wrong? Owned by Remi #?

    I was being facetious, sorry. The courts should assume he's innocent, not me. My personal opinion is that if he has assets, he should be allowed to use them to defend himself. My gut kinds of admires the tactic the trooper's lawyer is using... but again, no. I don't it's fair. There's a lot of stuff in the legal system that isn't fair. Take public defense for one. It should be just as good as an expensive private defense but we all know it isn't. Owned by Remi #?

    All I'm getting at is that it simply isn't that difficult or time consuming to disconnect an RSL and if you find yourself so low that you don't have time to do it then you've made bad choices to get there. At some point you do need to decide if an obstacle can be avoided and maneuver to avoid it if surroundings and altitude permit. That choice needs to be made before you're "VERY low". If you're evaluating your surroundings and options properly, you will know if an obstacle is a potential threat or not on time to either avoid it or prepare to land on it. Owned by Remi #?
