I am right there with you, I learned last week and I SUCK!!! After the 30 minuets it takes me my teach pulls it out, looks at it and says, "yeah, that would of opened." I think the first time I jump it I am going to pull at 10k -

ARG!!!! I was only able to jump on that Friday, working on the weekends SUCKS!!!! EDIT: Hey I think I met you on Thursday Levin. I was the dood with the shaved head taking the packing class with Tammy. I tried on your rig for a sec to if I remember correctly.

I have had to make a downwind landing with about 8mph conditions. I messed up my pattern and had no choice but to land. I was going semi fast and just slid across my butt.

1) I cant say I like it when I finish my skydiving for the day and I know its going to be a full week until I get to jump again. 2) I cant say I like it when I have to go to work on a perfect Sat and Sunday when I could be jumping. 3) I cant say I like it when all I can think about is jumping which is every minuet of every day. 4) I also cant say I like it when my future is uncertain, but such is life

When I do a floater exit I climb out of the door, look towards the prop and step out presenting my body to the relative wind. Not sure what a poised exit is but I think its like the AFF exit's. A dive is simply diving out of the plane

Oh man, you hit the nail right on the head with that quote!! My non-skydiving friends are pissed because I spend all of my days off out at the DZ. Also I am broke as a joke To top it all off I am 200% addicted Don't forget AIDS (Air Induced Divorce Syndrome) if you have a GF when you start you might not have her when you finish. I know from experience

Yeah, rubber side down I landed about 2' off today, thats the closest I have gotten yet. Keep at it and you will land right on that shizzy!! I would like to but I can't sell my bike, I just can't, I love her!! I could get a rig with it though, no wait I can't....yes you can...NOOOOOOO!!!!!

LOL!! Yeah! On my first couple of AFF's they would always ask me to explain the jump and all I could come up with was, "the exit was F'n awesome, freefall felt F'n bad ass and the canopy ride was pretty F'n awesome!" Later on I could say more but its hard to talk with a grin the size of mount Everest!

lmao!!! Very true! I plan on wearing long johns and a ski mask Thats what I wear under my gear during the winter months on my bike, works well.

I just watched another one about a lady who hit the cement. Looked like she didn't cut away her main before pulling her reserve. Or maybe the main didn't completely release. Either way she was under 2 balls of shit Earth is probably a little nicer then cement but not by much...

lmao!! I didn't really get this until my 13 jump, when I saw all the random tandem's faces. They were terrified and it was most definitely priceless
