Shhh... Our Mother of Dirty Oil Church is in session.
-
Since it takes a 4 year degree and then another 4 years of schooling I'd say someone must have taught him. I'm thinking they didn't do a very good job.

But you could have offered her anything shy of $325K and been ahead. I know, hindsight is 20/20. I'm involved in a battle right now to try and force a home builder to honor the agreement we had. I'd rather not get the legal eagles involved and settle this man to man and move on. The legal fees could easily exceed the agreed commission. I've learned over the years there is no guarantee the judge will see things the way you do. ETA...W/R/T immunity. While I'm in agreement in principle I think it might get alot tougher in the future to find folks who want to wear the uniform.

Pretty damaging hit on your chosen perfession perfesser.
-
We should just erase all of our history and start over.
-
Nice to know I'm living rent free in your head.
-
Those things are already provided.
-
Splitting hairs. This little example tells me that the left is more interested in providing the basics for the poor people than they are in helping them out of poverty.
-
Which of those 2 staples do you think has a better chance of lifting them out of poverty?
-
<sarcasm>Because they chose the wrong parents</sarcasm> You don't really believe that access to cheap milk is more beneficial than access to cheap transportation do you?
-
Why do you hate poor people?
-
Of course they do. We're the rubes with the money.

Let's see...Keystone. WHO. and Paris Climate Accords in the first day.

My wife was vaccinated on Monday. She is at this moment fighting a Covid-19 outbreak at her facility. 12 of the 32 DD residents are positive and in full blown symptoms. The other 20 were vaxed yesterday. On a brighter note she has managed to keep the other 20 from being infected only by setting up what looks like a hospital ward. Down side is she's worked 15 days straight in full covid protective gear. Because we live about 40 minutes from the facility she got a hotel room 5 minutes away for herself and her ADON. If she can keep the new cases to zero for another week the crisis will have been averted.

Now that's funny right there.
-
I get that. I'm just stating my observations.

Think WalMart's distribution system. They do their best to predict supply and demand but there's probably some Hong Kong Rubber Dogshit on the shelf somewhere. Not sure where he's located. There aren't nearly enough doses here.
-
I agree to a point. I know more people personally who recovered than died. The prevailing attitude might be "I'll roll the dice." We're 10 months into this and we won't see a significant impact from vaccines until summer.

People around here (Canton, OH) have basically thrown in the towel. While they are still wearing masks in the stores and such I drove by several franchised restaurants (think Longhorn) yesterday evening and the parking lots were packed. That $600 will get you a few ribeyes.
-
If you'll get a towel and wipe the spittal off your screen you'll see that I said the left owns some of it. They were so sure the polls were correct that many of them didn't even bother to vote. I also said in 2016 that the left won't make that mistake again in 2020. And they didn't.
-
I'd like to see anyone take control of our government without the help of the military.
-
Not laying the blame on the Dems. They own a sliver of it.
-
Not trying to rationalize. There is a bit of truth to it though.
