That passage, with appears in a few places, with similar phrasing, in the OT & NT, is often mis-used by people. It is not properly used as a justification for people acting vengefully. Pop goes the gov't nipple Wait...that problem was fixed wasn't it? Check where the money is going...it's not to unemployed citizens. It's to companies to do road work. Not to the banks, but to the people. If you really want to get the money to then that's how it's done. There's enough blame for both parties. The gov't has prolonged the agony with all of their BS programs. Now they're learning what auto mfg learned 20 years ago. Tough to get out of the rebate programs once you've started.
