Wow, you are just full of cliches today. It is most definitely NOT the nature of the job. US Ambassadors aren't killed on a regular basis. As much as the Barry lovers here don't want to admit, this was a terrorist attack on US soil, killing US citizens, on the 11th anniversary of another terrorist attack. The current administration was caught with their pants down in a critical election cycle. I believe they conjured up the YouTube story hoping the mainstream media would let it slide and it didn't work. They were so not concerned it took almost 2 weeks for anyone in the administration to even get to Bengahzi and start collecting evidence. A full 5 weeks later we have Hillary Clinton making a bold statement about how she should be considered the goat in all of this. Shameful. But what's more shameful is nobody seems to care. Actually, so did I. According to Wiki, in dry air at 68F, Mach 1 is 768 mph. Felix reprtedly hit 833 mph. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speed_of_sound Far more math and physics than I want to go into on a Monday. I'm sure Professor Kallend could explain it far, far better than I. Speed of sound varies according to temperature. Colder air, speed of sound decreases. For the geeks, in dry air (as found at altitude): (speed of sound in m/sec) = 20.05*sqrt(T) T = temperature in Kelvins. I'm hoping he makes the most of this opportunity. He tested out very high and was accepted to the Navy's nuke program. 8 weeks at Great Lakes, 2 years at the Navy Nuclear Power Training facility in SC, then 4 years on either a flat top or a sub. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne

I'm fairly certain that Joe Biden would have made a better POTUS than Barack. He had a firm grip on the issues. I don't think I'm the only one who was put off by the constant Biden grin. I kept waiting for Ryan to ask Joe if he thought the problems we face are funny. I though Ryan did what he was supposed to do, and that was to not look like a dick. Indeed. It's on methadone right now. Not dope sick but certainly doing better than it was. Fully recovered, eh? Fewest foreclosures last month since mid 2007. Recovery may be slow, but it's better than the reverse. Oh yes..the old "it could have been worse" claim. Put that right next to the "jobs created or saved" claim. Real world example. My wife runs a facility that employs ~110 people. Under ACA it will be less expensive to pay the government's penalty for not offering health insurance than to provide the insurance. This is the type of stupidity that business owners see all the time. They don't dare make a move because they know Barry wants to redistribute the wealth. Safer to enter a holding pattern. And I doubt you could referance one without some research. If the country actually operated on a budget we could address your points. 4 people are dead. The administration has been less than forthcoming with the details of the attacks on our embassy in Benghazi. Something stinks here. CNN has nothing, MSNBC to their credit at least has it on the first page, albeit way at the bottom. At any other time this would be big news. I believe the Obama camp tried to lie about an internal failure to recognize terrorist action and was caught. Hillary played along, as did Rice and Carney.
