  2. Oh yeah... Bluehair after Bluehair... Oh yeah, the glamour! HEY! I take offense to that. The wife and I cruise on Royal Caribbean at the least twice a year. Tons of fun and its safe to say 70% of the passengers are 30's and 40's. That's ok with me though, the less skydivers on the ship with me, the better I look. Lol I'm constantly amazed at the negative perception of a cruise as being for old peeps. It's a great vacation experience. Nothing like waking up every day at a new location. Great for families with smaller kids. They can't go anywhere and can't really get into trouble. The ships do a great job of keeping them occupied whilst mom and dad get to enjoy a bit of vacation without the ankle biters at their feet. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne

  4. In today's standards 2.2 million is chump change. Consider the debt increases by 1.94 Billion daily. That 2.2 million was the loose change the gov't tossed in the homeless guy's cup on the way to work this morning. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  5. Well that cinches it. There's proof that GZ ran after him. Why didn't the jury notice that? I know it makes you feel better if GZ attacked and killed TM. I wonder why a jury didn't come to that conclusion. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  6. Meanwhile, a newcomer was following in the footsteps of Clyde and Harry. A callow, green upstart by the name of Carlos Gene jumped into the scene. Looking back at the glories and mistakes of past Godfrogs, C.G. stumbled blindly into the present. With him he brought lightweight gear, tennis shoes, soft helmets and ram air parachutes. 7. This is where supporting evidence such as subpoenaed prescription and medical records come in. That doesn't establish a claimed verbal contract. "Ladies and gentleman of the jury. Here are the facts. My client claimed under oath she said she was on birth control. Medical records obtained via court order show that not only was this not true, she had discussed pregnancy options with her doctor, as well as visited at least one sperm bank. In addition to his sworn testimony, we have provided other witnesses and Internet posts all showing he had no interest in having a child at this time and that she wanted one. You heard him say on the stand were this truly an accidental pregnancy, my client would be more than willing to provide support. But this was no accident, far from it. You heard testimony from an expert witness describing the selfish mindset of an individual that would get pregnant this way was bordering on sociopathy. All you've heard from the other side boils down to is that she really wants this child, but needs financial assistance to do so." (Slight changes may be necessary depending on whether the man is the defendant or plaintiff.)
  8. How can you possibly make a blanket statement that someone's life isn't ruined by fathering a child? You can't know other peoples' situation. There's no doubt in my mind that my life, happiness and possibly my very will to live would be destroyed by such a thing. Seriously? I had no idea you were such a drama queen. 9. because they're impossible to prove, it's a pointless argument. This is where supporting evidence such as subpoenaed prescription and medical records come in. Witness testimony. Yet another reason to video sex. Could start with a video liability waiver. Big orange tat on your ass? Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  10. I could be mistake but I believe fraud is a criminal offense. Someone is going to have to be charged with a crime. Sorry, not going to happen. The rest of it is domestic and the courts don't give a rat's ass about who did what to whom. Here's an example of 2 attorneys getting a divorce. See a pattern anywhere? No end in sight for 10-year-old divorce case http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/business/2013/09/08/connecticut-divorce-case-10-years-old-rages/2782981/ Please don't dent the planet. 11. You are operating in a different dimension if you think this case would ever see a courtroom. Courts are not interested in who did what to whom in a relationship, unless there is a contract signed by both parties. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  12. What? Here in Ohio you don't get a choice as to what you pay. They take mom's info and dad's info and plug it into a formula and it spits out how much to pay in child support. The only thing that is contestable is the information used to determine mom or dad's info. I can assure you the courts are not interested in who did what to whom. So on top of that expense you suggest a lawsuit? Who wins in that scenario, other than the attorney. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  13. yup... that idiot george (wasn't too smart to get out of his car in the first place) That part is accurate. I don't contend he planned to murder the kid, nor that he planned to get 'beat up'. I contend that there is very little likelihood the story happened the way the winner tells it. No one saw how the altercation started. But we know the situation started with Zimmerman following a kid who 'looked suspicious'. Not with a kid randomly attacking a man sitting in a truck. You'll understand someday when you have things you need to protect. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  14. Once again this year I found myself watching the events of 9/11 unfold in real time on PBS. I get what you're saying but gun violence and traffic deaths effect a much smaller circle individually. This was shocking on an international level. Even when I know what's coming it's still shocking and, for me it will be like that forever. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  15. Just because the guy makes the best of a situation does not justify the original immorality and fraud. This may illustrate my point. Ahh...justification. Now we've started down a slippery slope. So many things in my life I can't justify that I just try to stop letting it get in my way. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  16. I never was offered a paycheck from a guy on welfare. Do you exclude the mortgage interest deduction when you file? In order for you to make the above claim perhaps you should. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  17. I guess the problem I have with all of this conversation is the assumption that the guy's life is royally fucked by fathering a child. It's not and if you peel the outer layers off he just might find it's the best thing that ever happened. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  18. Agreed. I take my parenting responsibility seriously. I'm proud that a couple of years ago I got a call for Child Support Enforcement to inform me that I was too far ahead in my payments. I chuckled and told the caseworker that she probably doesn't get a chance to make that call very often. Anytime morals and money interact it will usually be money that wins the day. All types of individuals in this system. It is skewed in favor of the mother, at least in Ohio but I think most cases involve kids living with the mother, so it is mostly as it should be. There are the sensational cases like the guy that fathered a bunch of kids by 4 or 5 women, or the women who had 15 kids and was adamant that someone needed to take responsiblity. 22. Yes, I have. Edit for clarity: And it was even a regular ol' marriage to a guy. Not one of these new-fangled "gay marriages" So . . . Do you trust your wife? Why do I hear the voice of Andy Dufresne? ...or come to think of it, I suppose I could set it up for you. That would save you some money. I'll write down the forms you need, you can pick them up, and I'll prepare them for your signature... nearly free of charge... I'd only ask three beers apiece for my co-workers, if that seems fair. I think a man working outdoors feels more like a man if he can have a bottle of suds. That's only my opinion. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  23. If Syria turns over its chemical weapons, will you still see it as a failure even though no US blood or treasure was spent? I simply do NOT understand you people. First, do you really believe Assad will turn over all of his WMD? Secondly Barry exemplifies why many parents have problem controlling their children; no follow through. If you're going to threaten military action you'd better be fucking ready to do it. Don't just toss the idea around to see what happens. That's what a spineless career politician does. I don't want to see us lob a couple of cruise missiles into Syria but dammit man, if the POTUS says that's what we're gonna do then we should do it. Now what little cred we had is gone. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  24. You're just spewing nonsense and trying to score points. The PRESIDENT, any president of the US, really has no option but to speak out against chemical weapons attacks and yes, that INCLUDES the option of force to put an end to it. It HAS to. You can quibble all you want to precisely what was said, but he had no choice. It shows a huge lack of world leadership to sit back and just watch countries gas innocent civilians. He did some talking for sure... Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
  25. So did the previous POTUS have a clue about foreign relations? Economics? English language? This thread really brings republican hypocrisy to light like no other. Umm...who is making it Red v. Blue? Perhaps you should pay more attention to Switzerland's pressing problems of finding a new National Anthem, exporting ski lifts to N. Korea, and refusing to sell a purse to Oprah.
