What you're hearing now is a different bill, we're coming up in a bit . . . I guess what they are voting on right now is does California state vehicle code trump local municipal codes. Probably good if it passes as in our case we could wind up with pipes that are legal in one town but not in a neighboring one . . . NickD

In my entire life I've had exactly one argument with Jim Wallace. It was when he was running Elsinore and he changed the name of the DZ to "Jim Wallace Skydiving." To me it was like renaming the Vatican and calling it Benny's Prayer Parlor! I reminded him that DZOs come and go but it was up to him as the current steward of a great DZ to keep it as is, not only to honor the past, but also to ensure its future. Hell, I don't even like you newbies calling it 'Snore. LOL! NickD

It's about 1400 miles to Sturgis from El Capone! Are you riding or trailering? (Running and ducking.) BTW, I always heard running a belt inside a closed primary wasn't a good idea as the heat destroys the belt. Has your belt been in there a long time? NickD
