Got a Havoc off of eBay. The previous owner had started a custom paint job but hadn't finished. So here are the results of my first ( yea, I know ....beer) helmet painting job. I did a few coats of Black gloss and then 2 coats of clear high gloss. Before clicky After Clicky Sunnydee123 - Thanks for the advice. Yea, always loved those. They make them bigger too (like on the A10). You are only seeing the tracers, there are many rounds in between the tracers. Ok, I will admit that I painted with too broad a brush. I shall amend this to not include all professors. My experience has been that many professors ( especially in the arts ) suffer from the symptoms in my first post. I also recall many history, english and education profs that didn't even have office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I had not jumped in about three weeks so I was doing a solo to get back in the air.... exit sucked ... moves were bad, tracking chippy , dipped a shoulder when I pulled .... 4 twists kicked them out but had drifted farther away from the LZ. Altered my crosswind to acomodate a smaller canopy that had to come straight in or land short .. wind shifted just before flair so i landed crosswind .. PLFed as I was drug 5 or 10 feet. And the Folks in some of those "Hollers" are good folks too ( I'm originally from WV, Back when it was WVa). There are probably places where you can still go on vacation and leave your doors unlocked and still have all your stuff when you get back. Back when I was teaching and they got into the "No wrong answers", "no losing team" , "no one fails", no one could ever tell me how the child was supposed to learn to deal with failure. Success is sweeter if you know the sting of failure. 2 of the Guys i work with now have worked for them here in the Greensboro NC area and liked the company. One of them has been hired on here after contracting from TekSystems and the other one is a contractor from TekSystems working here for a few months.
