6- its almost time for break off, finish up your last couple of transitions or docks and get ready for a smooth transition to break off 4.5- break off and track away 3.5- deploy main- usually happens at 3000 I just started trying this a few weeks ago and it works great for ME so far. Its kinda nice to hear something at 6000 letting you know its almost break off time.

I want to be able to crank 360's fast. Eventually being able to helicopter super fast. There has to be more to it than "just turn". Im sure that is a big part of it but what are some turning techniques?
-
I have searched this forum and can't find much on turning while inverted. I can do slow turns but when I try and go fast I always end up unstable. I think I am just using my hands and turning my head. I am guessing I can use my feet as well? Maybe position my hands and arms so that they catch air and spin me in the same direction. Please Help

I had a similar bad ass skydive on Sunday. Me and a good friend held a double spock for a while. That was a first for both of us. The coolest part was the expressions on his face. Along with finally getting a spock on someone. I love this sport!!!!!!!

Who was the hard landing Santa in Houston?
Caseadilla replied to chuckakers's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Thats funny, I was in New Mexico on Vacation and saw it on the news there. It wasn't that bad of a landing. Just a little butt sliding. I wonder where else they aired that besides Texas and New Mexico -

What about just cleaning your conatiner, what should you use?

Palms up gives you a more efficient track in my experience, and it is easier to roll your shoulders in when you do this.

Mine is being made right now and they saidit would take seven weeks, hopefully I'll get it quicker than that! Can't wait to feel what warm ice cream opens like. Wouldn't warm ice cream just be called milk

Jump 28 I think, been freeflying ever since. I kinda wish I had done a little more rw at first just for the sake of being able to coach and instruct. I have been doing more belly flying my past 100 jumps or so and it seems I've gotten better at it from freeflying all the time. What I mean is that my RW skills have progressed with out doing much it. But relative work is just flying relative to other people wo I guess I have been doing it. peace Case

Do you wear your helmet during take off and landing?
Caseadilla replied to dgskydive's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
I wear mine on takeoff always until 1000ft but the few times I,ve landed in the plane I have not. Thats a good point about the camera helmets not being worn during takeoff, I never thought about it flying around the plane if we got in some shit and it knocking someones head off -
Im sitting on my ass at home!! waiting for my new rig to show up in the mail

I got mine last year at Eagle Flight in Texas. Must be more of a Texas thing. I still have my beer cans to. I can still remember how damn cold that shit was!!

Keep it up it gets much easier. Try wearing a baggy top and slim pants. Freeflying is definetely the most fun of all the disciplines!!! What goes up must come head down! casey
