What Rosa said. I'm not trying to jump your bones but neither of us is qualified to give out coaching advice. You can really put someone in a bad position speaking above your qualifications. I have a considerable amount of time in the tunnel compared to you (and most) and I am not qualified to give advice. I have 8 hours in there. And what's that supposed to mean????????? It's not about winning. It's about giving advice when you are not qualified. I'm not telling him to do anything except talk to someone who is qualified. If he takes my adivce without asking anyone, then that is his stupidity (whether its my advice or yours he takes, not the issue, he needs to ask those who are qualified not us). If you are passing on advice you need to qualify it (or fill in your profile) so people know something about your flying skills or tunnel skills. Don't pass out advice you are not qualified to give. Notice how I make a disclaimer about my advice and give the name of someone who knows what they are doing to get in contact with. I claim to know nothing. AVION------>The speeds are greater than 135 if you are cleared for the higher and just about everyone needs to lean back to catch lift. MAXX-------> Take advice from people that have a lot of tunnel time and are coaches, don't take advice from those who have seen sit fly coaching in the tunnel. Love the card. I guess I'm impartial because of my last name (Rudolph) As far as holiday traditions go, I wish I could fly in the tunnel but I'm in snowy Ohio. Mom and I usually cook bacon, eggs, sausage, belgin waffles, strawberry sauces, real whip cream, and pick up some bagles. Hot chocolate is another must for me, I don't do the coffee but Stephens & Godiva hot chocolate are my poison. Maybe its that chocolate-female connection I will be making a trip up to NC when the weather warms to hopefully make some new traditions (not holiday but just as fun) at the out door tunnel

I'd hate to offend anyone, just need a catchy title for some laughs. Hope you are doing well and staying warm. I think I'm getting what Ari had Hopefully, I'll be able to fly the time we have when I get back. I'm being good here by not drinking alcohol and eating minimal sweets. Happy Holidays

I share your pain. My grandpa is still recovering from a removal of cancer. My other grandma is recovering from several heart attacks. It's been one hell of a year. I will keep you in my thoughts. Big Hugs being sent your way

LEAN BACK!!!!!!!! Your sit flying in the air will improve 10 fold with the tunnel if you have the right technique and coaches for the air and those to help you with the transition. I hear tunnel to sky is much easier. I have almost 8 hrs in there because of a skydiving accident so I'll let you know how my transition went. Feel free to pm me. My advice is that of my boyfriends who has too many hours in the tunnel to count. I suck but know some stuff. I would never pass on advice of my own just what my bf tells me that worked for me. With ya on that one. I love the tunnel. In all fairness though, I haven't jumped since my accident in August. I am thinking of selling my gear to start a tunnel team. I'm no where near that point, yet (hopefully I'll get there. Got almost 8 hours so I'm on my way), but I see head down in the near but not so near future. I'm all about safety and and terrified of head down so I know when I do it I'll be more than ready. I'm in no rush! Man do I love the tunnel. I am going to make a few more jumps before I decide on what to do. Sell gear= additional 8 hours to the mass amounts of time I already fly. Okay not so mass compared to some people but more than most

Why yes I am!!!!! Please introduce us as well as yourself again. I was so drunk and having a good time I'm afraid I might not recognize you so please don't be offended. I'm horrible with names but usually remember faces unless I'm shit faced! I will be in Sebastian for the boogie whether or not I'm jumpin or a tunnel rat. I'll even try to recruit some of the gang from Orlando and DeLand that was there last time. Maybe we can have a repeat performance.

I'm in Ohio now and he's in FL If I was there I would sooooo take the best care of him. He's doing a good job on his own though. Got out of the hospital this morning and is improving. Just resting and getting better. Can't wait to meet you. If you are close you should come to the tunnel and fly with me

Damn, I'll talk to my friend to see if I can get any more info on this. He was working in the back at the time of the shootings. I know he also worked at the Newport and was friends with Dimebag since he has done many shows for him. I would bet that is just Mirage. Don't take my word, give them a call if you or whoever is going to head over. I've been MIA at the dz except for the weekends when I usually pop in to say hi and make my rounds. Haven't jumped since August so I'm not on top of all the dz stuff. I will be in DeLand for New Years, I think. Either there or Z-hills but its still up in the air. B/F is sick so I don't want to make him travel too terribly much.
