    My first unstable exit gave me a great view of the big blue above. My thoughts were..."Wow, this doesn't look like the ground! Shit, I must be on my back." I relaxed, rolled to by belly and had a great time there after Relaxing definately helps me as others have pointed out. Take their advice and know you will get stable a lot sooner than you expect once you arch.

    I head up the Ohio University Skydivers and take kids for their first jump just about every weekend. I have a blast and so do they. When you share your excitement for skydiving and your first jump, it tends to pump your buddies up even more. Some of the kids I take on their first jump I don't know real well but we have a 2 hr. car ride to get acquainted. I have yet to have a bad experience with any of the jumpers. Everyone loves it and has come back for more :) I say shove em out of a plane if they are willing but never push the issue to much.     Sounds good chica! I will be finishing up on Wed. so I'll be heading to SGC from Columbus. We can carpool if you are going to be there too. If not I think we all agreed to meet around noon on Sat's and Sun's to jump. Are you on the email that Jamie sends out every week to see who can make it to jump?     The depo shot is nice until you have to stop taking it. My roommate and I both were on it for over two years and were laid up in bed for two weeks when we decided to stop taking it. Because you don't have your period, you can't flush your system out and it has to go somewhere eventually. It all comes back to haunt ya when ya stop! Be so kind to your woman if she ever decides to stop taking depo, it was one of the worst experiences I have had. Now I use the Ortho patch once a week and you don't have to get your period either because the patch has the same level of hormones for the entire month. You can slap one on after another and not have to worry. It is suggested that you do take a week off to flush things out so you don't end up in pain like coming off of depo.     I will be in Cleveland this weekend for a wedding. I was going to try and jump but I think the weather is going to be too damn cold! I'm from Columbus so I know what you mean about shitty weather. Right now, my guy is flying at the swoop meet in Lake Whales. Wish I was there! Just wanna be warm!
