Seeing all these donations from her many friends touches my heart. Reading the notes everyone has included brings tears to my eyes. Okay here are the numbers so far. We've met and exceded our goal even w. the deductions from PayPal. Monies Raised $3,485 Total After PayPal $3,373.23 As of now, there is $1,808.23 left after Parachutist is paid. This includes checks that are on their way I will be sending a spread sheet to Skymama so I will have a way to cover my butt if someone doubts anything I've done. I figure it never hurts. I think it would be great to set up a fund in Shannon's name and have the donations go to her favorite shelter or one in her area. I'm just the messenger so when we get final word, I will send the funds off to whomever we decide. Here is the list of confirmed doantions. The only time I use it is when I have just screwed up big time in the tunnel and I need to let the other person know it was my fault (while we're still in the air). Since it's not practical to talk in the tunnel and long words are hard for most people to lip read, mouthing 'my bad' is pretty easy for most people to get. I hope you like the result and that it wasn't a day full of anxiety. Working w. sharks and clif diving def. sound more high stress than a relaxing pedicure. I'm sure if you are still squeemish about nail files they could give you a pedicure without a file or polish (probably cheaper too). Nothing like getting your feet rubbed.
