    I agree with Dave. Once the weather warms up a bit, people will start coming out in droves to Cross Keys. In addition, the season opens on April 24th. That means all the big planes come back and the place will be packed. You could easily make 10 jumps that weekend and the following weekend after that (May 1,2). You'll get there. Just have to be a bit more patient. Even more people will start coming out in March. It's too bad that you can't make it on the nice weekends, the hard core RW guys are always there jumping. They can't convince me until it's warmer though. Allen - I wouldn't jump in those winds either!     I wear a Protec and I could hear the wind just fine as I was picking up speed. One of the ear holes is also covered with tape. One other piece of advice - arrived completely geared up and ready to jump and always approach the helicopter from the front.     That's what they did. I don't think it was a new procedure so much as some new paperwork that included pictures of what rigs look like under X-ray. And to get a Cypres card, email Karen Dean (Karen@SSKinc.com) and she will send you another one. That's how I got mine, but I didn't even show it. Just the TSA letter.     I flew out of Tampa 2 weeks ago yesterday and while the TSA didn't initially want to let me carry on my rig, after showing them the TSA letter, I was let through with no problems. But, I did have to wait extra time because they recently had a new "procedure" and weren't sure what to do. It didn't seem any different than what people had been previously reporting about traveling with their rigs.     That's what I did. I couldn't find people to jump with, so I taught myself how to sit fly (and still trying to learn as well). I go back and forth between the disciplines, depending on who is around that I can jump with.     still a newbie; just my personal experience I didn't want to do the level before the no contact exit, because I was scared of it (the no contact exit). Well, when I finally got to that level, I had this incredibly terrified look on my face. I did my count and exited and the look on my face changed to huge relief (my jumpmaster tells this story much better than I do), because it wasn't as bad as I thought. It was easier than with someone holding on to me. Just remember to arch, have fun and smile!!     That's exactly what happened to me and my sister in Tampa about a week ago. The screeners were very friendly, but I was still glad that we had the documentation from the TSA.
