They look so scary. When I was a kid we had a park ranger come in with some animals including horseshoe crabs. Have to add: I was grounded for 1 1/2 months, had to get an x-ray and an MRI on my knee all from GOLF!!! I didn't need surgery, just stretched a tendon and ripped some muscle. Not even real golf, it was virtual golf. Sure it did use real clubs and balls, but we were hitting them inside against a screen. Turns out if your are extremely drunk, swing really hard straight legged and don't follow through, bad things happen to your knee. 700 Skydives over 5 years - no injuries greater than road rash, scrapes, and bruises (and that's including after hours activities). I've had some moments, the biggest being when I bought a lawnmower for my house. The key to not actually growing up is counteracting these extremely mature and responsible things with extremely stupid and immature behavior.
