It does with me too. It's almost getting to the point of the people dressed as doctors in the old ads that used to say things like "Our beer is good for your body's Q zones." Seems to be just another way to manipulate weak minded individuals by telling them what they wanted to hear. Modern corporations are canabilistic. The "Is it right" question doesn't even exist. Yeah, that's what I was thinking, but I didn't say it because I didn't want to sound like the paranoid skeptic that I am. If people want to drink heavily, skydive, BASE jump, shark fuck, etc., they should just do it and not try to justify it being safe or healthy. All they need to do is justify/rationalize their behavior/activities to themselves and skip these silly possibly biased statistics.
