In the past you have gotten no help from your family, but unless you ask, possibly explaining why you need help, you can't conclusively say they won't help you. From what you said above, it sounds like they may just have their hands full with your little sister. It sucks, but sometimes parents feel they have to go into "triage mode." In a way it's sort of a compliment that they feel you'll be okay even mostly without their help. Think of everyone you would trust your kids with. Explain the situation and ask them all. Let them know an EMT that owes you a favor is a good thing.

Where are you located in SC? Currently, the only dropzone capable of taking you to 14,000 feet is my home DZ, Skydive Carolina. However, if you're over by I-95 Raeford in NC may be closer. The DZ's are running, but most DZ's are closed during the week. Try to contact them on weekends.

In the working world lots of things are "emergencies" and people get all stressed about them. To me, an emergency is going through 1500 feet with nothing above your head. Everything else is just a problem.

Full length songs are too big to use as ringtones. You need to edit it down using an MP3 editor. Before you go to the trouble download just any ringtone to your PC and copy it over to see if it will even work. Do you have any sort of data cable for it to your PC? I think they still block Bluetooth file transfer. Do you have a removable memory card for the phone? Worst case is you find the MP3, chop it down to what you want and email it to your text address. If unsure what that is, try texting your email address.
