    Too many of my coworkers take working vacations and monitor email while off. If I'm off, no email and any phone call goes to voice mail and I'll decide if they get an answer. Luckilly my company is good about not bothering people when on vacation. Almost 10 years and was getting 5 weeks but after the merger I'm losing a week. I may get it back next year though when I hit 10.
